How does Jared Padalecki stay so buff? TV Guide found out in an interview with the buffest bodies…
Working so hard, and keeping a good muscle mass, really helps his metabolism, because, Jared says he refuses to watch what he eats. The one-time skinny, and now self-proclaimed “trash compactorâ€, eats “barbecue, ice cream, cookies and burgers in an effort to put on pounds.†This and lifting free weights have helped to keep his fan favorite body bulked up.
“My ideal day is: Work out, play with my dogs, read and go to a steak house and have a big fat steak and wine,†he says. “I really have to make sure I eat and eat and eat.â€
I love that he doesn’t have to watch what he eats yet he still looks yummy. And there is nothing cuter than a guy and his dogs…

Wow, he must have an insane metabolism if he has to work that hard just to keep the weight on. If only I had that problem…
I used to have that problem…and then i had kids…now it’s the opposite…
So yummy. But why didn’t he include his girl in that perfect day? Dogs win over his gal? LOL. jk.

Well, you know – I never realized which side of where you live, you live. (Note my vagueness to keep stalkers at bay.) What time zone do you have?
I am in Mountain time.. Because I live in the mountains (LOL) … I am two hours behind from Eastern which is probably where you are right?

I used to live in Ontario, which is that time zone. But here you always have to know everyone else’s its kinda crazy that way.
It’s this, or have some people living in darkness. Or something. Man – I think I need sleep. *Falls over, misses bed, sleeps on floor and wakes to dog licking her face.* On second thought, I think I can make it to my bed…
Me too.. but it’s not even 9 here yet so I have a couple more hours left of work yet.
