Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt Help Out The Mission

I think it’s really great that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are helping out and donating their time at the Los Angeles Mission on Christmas Eve to serve dinner to the people that can’t afford it. But do these two have to always be making out? Even in front of the food. I think there is a time and place for that. Yes, we get it you are in love…well at least for the camera’s…enough of the kissing already!
