Celebrity Workout Idea: Bollywood Dancing!

Celebrity workouts are probably always going to be a hot topic to discuss., This is especially true since there are always new workout ideas coming along to keep things interesting (and interest increases chances that the workouts will be done). Recently, I tried some yoga DVDs, and I really do like yoga- not
that I’d do it in PUBLIC. Celebrities that also like yoga include: Madonna, Reese Witherspoon, Kristen Bell, and Nicole Kidman.
Nicole Kidman supposedly also has an indoor pool and enjoys swimming laps. I’d probably like doing that too, if I only had my very own indoor pool! Psh!
I’m not sure if there is a craze for Bollywood workouts, but I’m going to be trying them. It’s much less weird (to me) than the ’striptease’ workouts. I got the DVD for Bollywood Booty with Hemalayaa and Bollywood Burn with Hemalayaa. I think they will be tres fun!
