Everyone knows my heart belongs to Heath Ledger. And I have been following his last movie with vigor. Tonight, I was just off to bed when I saw these four new pictures from the last movie he was in, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. The movie will finally be debuting at the Cannes Film Festival in a couple of weeks. I would die to be one of the people that gets to see it first.
Here are four new stills from the movie. Christopher Plummer plays Doctor Parnassus. And the costume he is in below looks amazing. The effects in this movie are stunning. But let’s hope it’s not too confusing with Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law taking over Heath’s role.
I found out more about the story line. Dr. Parnassus, is man who runs a traveling sideshow with his daughter, a young barker, and a sidekick, played by Verne Troyer. Tom Waits plays the Devil, with whom Parnassus makes a Faustian bargain, and Ledger’s character joins the troupe after they find him hanging from his neck under a London bridge. (And now I understand these pictures from the set.)
I have been talking Twilight all day. ALL DAY! These girls would email me and talk about every cast member. I giggled alot! I threatened to post our emails but really they aren’t safe for work. So for those girls I dedicate this post to you.
Kellan Lutz showed yesterday what awesome muscles he has. You can tell he has been working out. Maybe that’s because someday he will meet me and he’ll have to look buff for that. But for real, Kellan is looking forward to going to Italy and crash in Robert Pattinson’s hotel room and be a tourist. That sounds like so much fun!
We all know Jackson Rathbone from his role as Jasper Hale in the pop culture phenomenon TWILIGHT, or his roles on The Cleaner and Criminal Minds. Possibly you’re even aware that he is also an amazing musician and has a band, 100 Monkeys,but are you aware of the softness of his heart? Since I decided to do this “post a day for celebrity charity” I have come to know our celebs on a more personal level. As I write this, I have realized that I no longer have a girlie crush on Jackson, no, I am in complete awe and admiration with him. When skimming pictures to post of him for my last Jackson Rathbone post, I happened upon a picture that was of course gorgeous, and captivating, no doubt. What I noticed other than that, was the blue puzzle piece on his lapel. I am very familiar with the charity that it represents AUTISM SPEAKS. I am raising my god daughter (who is mildly autistic), and helping to raise my god son (who is severely autistic), so anyone that is involved with this cause, has my utmost respect. I started searching, and what I found surprised me, he wasn’t bragging about any of his charity work, with this cause or any other. But he did attend the Autism Speaks 6th Annual Acts of Love event. The only thing I can even find on it, is his picture, which tells me, when he gives, he doesn’t just give out of pocket, but from the heart.
That is what brought tears to my eyes. Jackson has also been linked to supporting another cause that touches the deepest place in my heart CUPCAKES FOR CANCER which was started by a brave cancer survivor, 13 year old, Blakely Colvin . After having lost so many family members TO this disease, and seeing how many lives it affects first hand, it is so beautiful to see even the youngest survivors and supporters working to do their part to help find a cure. Jackson Rathbone has been added to my list of my real life’s quiet heroes.
The new romantic comedy “Management” starring Jennifer Aniston,Steve Zahn, and Woody Harrelson will be premiering May 15th so be sure to check your local theater listings!
The movie is about a chance meeting between Mike Cranshaw (Steve Zahn) and Sue Claussen (Jennifer Aniston). Sue checks into the roadside motel which is owned and operated by Mike’s parents in Arizona, and let’s just say that one bottle of wine that read “compliments of MANAGEMENT” soon evolves into a whirlwind, cross country adventure in which they accidentally stumble upon a sense of purpose.

Two of my favorite things: Zachary Levi and Cinco de Mayo got together and made this video. Really, all I wanted to do was look at Zachary for awhile. Zachary said his plans were eating Mexican food and drinking Corona’s. I know I would like to drink a Corona with him, since I’m a Corona virgin.
I was confident in my crush with Milo Ventimiglia and him being my favorite hero. I was okay with that. But then Accidental Sexiness went and interviewed Adrian Pasdar. And now I really could picture myself in the middle of a Petrelli sandwich. Peter on one side and Nathan on the other.
I got a chance to hear some of the audio that Accidental taped while interviewing him. I have to say he sounded hot! She also mentioned my name to him which right in there is totally awesome. She asked about his videos that he makes over at Youtube under the name buckshotwon and if there will be more…
That initially started off as kind of a lark that turned into something more because people had such a great appreciation for it. It was fun to do and a great forum for me to kick out some video’s of folks on a set and what its like to be among that group of people all day long.
