Alex O'Loughlin Three Rivers Stills

Alex O’Loughlin stole my heart along time ago. The first time I saw him in Moonlight I knew that he would be the death of me. And now I am happy to report we will be seeing him back on CBS in the fall. His new show, Three Rivers, is on Sunday nights.  I know Alex has talked alot about how he has been researching for the show in his MySpace blogs. So now it will be neat to see him actually in the role.

Lately, I have a thing for doctors. And scrubs on Alex look like heaven. Here is the official description of the show by CBS

Alex O’Loughlin stars as Dr. Andy Yablonski, a highly-skilled workaholic lead organ transplant surgeon whose affable personality and sarcastic wit makes him popular with his patients and colleagues, and Katherine Moennig portrays Miranda Foster, a surgical fellow with a rebellious streak and fiery temper who strives to live up to her deceased father’s excellent surgical reputation.

I really never have watched a medical drama before but really if it has Alex in it I’ll watch anything. The show premiere’s in the fall so it better hurry up and get here.

Great article. Can’t wait to see Alex O’Loughlin BACK on our TVs where he belongs. I love medical shows and this is a timely subject that Alex has gotten involved with during his research for the role.
Alex, in those snug fitting blue scrubs, is a joy to behold….he is a talented actor with so much to offer. Welcome back!

I can’t wait to see Alex in Three Rivers and in the movie The Back-Up Plan with Jennifer Lopez out early 2010. I have a suggestion, I would love to see Alex in one of the X-Men movies.

I was thinking that Alex would be perfect for a role in the Ryan Reynolds X-Men spinoff. Reynolds plays Deadpool. Or,how about this, Alex can be a character in the Fox film in development “Magneto,” a film about the X-Men villain with a script by Sheldon Turner, and “X-Men: First Class,” which Josh Schwartz is penning. They have to make room for my man Alex.

I am watching Three Rivers as well. Anything with Alex! However nothing will ever compare to Moonlight. I also write CBS every day at cbsfeedback.com and tell them how I feel about Moonlight. I still feel they should bring it back. I love Alex and will watch everythiong he does. He is a superb actor, and very gifted in his work. Everything he does I wish him all the best and I will be in his corner backing him all the way. I did see on the early ratings of TR that the numbers were not as good as they had hoped. I am very sad about this, this is a great show and it comes with a great message. Totally different from Moonlight but still a good show. I, like most of you, loved it when he vamped out and all the gestures of his head and eyes and that eyebrow!!!!! You know what I mean. Moonlight was a show with something for us all, it had an estimated 7 million viewers and they were not all female! It had a great story, action packed ( I understand Alex did alot of his own stunts) the who done it factor and oh yes the romance. I own the dvd’s and still watch them. I will forever want the return of Moonlight and the movie , too. But as for Three Rivers I wish it and Alex all the success, and I will watch every week but it just doesn’t give me that feeling of having to count the days until the next show airs. Moonlight did that, I actually found myself wishing away the week so I could see the next episode of Moonlight. Alex is extrodinary and anything he does he does with such heart you want to watch. Best of Luck to TR but I still want Moonlight.
