Homecoming starring Mischa Barton and Matt Long is coming to theaters on Friday, July 17th. And to gear up for the release I’m giving away two movie posters.
But first let me tell you about it. Mike (Matt Long) is a small-town star athlete who is the first in his family to attend college, receiving a football scholarship to prestigious Northwestern University. When he returns home over Christmas break to the people he left behind – his family and friends – they are all surprised to see him with a new girlfriend, Elizabeth (Jessica Stroup), a pretty rich girl from Chicago. No one is more shocked than Mike’s homecoming queen ex-girlfriend, Shelby (Mischa Barton), who immediately wants to be rid of Elizabeth and plots to take care of the problem. Our story takes many twists and turns as Shelby does everything it takes to get Mike back.
I’ve already had a chance to see the movie and I really liked it. I was screaming at the TV and sitting at the edge of my seat. Just how I like my scary movies. Check out the trailer and then see the rules for the contest below.
The contest is open to residents of the US and Canada (except where prohibited by law) and you must be over the age of 18. You must have a valid email or I can’t contact you to say you have won. I will not use your email for any other reason besides contacting you if you are a winner. Leave a comment below with your email address to be entered to win one of the two movie posters that will be given away. The contest is open until July 21st at midnight EST, and I will pick two names randomly at that time.
Chloë Sevignywas caught walking through SoHo today and since I have been dying to talk about Big Love I wanted to post these pictures. She looks amazing normally. I wish she could dress like this on the show but of course that would defeat the whole purpose of her character.
I just finished watching Big Love season 2 last week. And I’m going through withdrawals. I watched 2-3 episodes at a time every day for the whole week. I love watching that show back to back, it’s very addictive that way. So now that I’ve missed the boat to see season 3 on TV, I have to wait until it comes out on DVD.
I love Chloe’s character, I have always thought she reminded me of me. (Except for the gambling and spending money part.) I am looking forward to them doing season 4. I have heard rumors of new cast members but it doesn’t make sense to me since I’m not caught up yet. The spoilers really don’t make a difference then.
There was so many ways that I could have went with the title of this post but I played it safe. Zachary Levi has been at the Magic Kingdom today and he’s been sharing the pictures with us all day. I had to post the one with the dill pickle because I like them on occasion.
Zac also answered all the questions on his website yesterday that everyone posed to him on Twitter. I love that he’s so amazing to his fans. And if you wanted to know the questions that went to his answers you can see them here. What did I learn from all the answers he gave? That we would have alot in common. And maybe he could explain Lost to me too since that’s his favorite TV Show.
Leighton Meester and Blake Lively were on the Gossip Girl set yesterday in New York hugging it out in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I still love the clothes that the show has. The stylists are really genius’ when it comes to that. Most of the time when I talk about Gossip Girl I hear that sometimes people only watch the show for the fashion it has.
I wonder how long it will be until we see pictures of their college life? I’m excited about that.
Jonah Hill was on David Letterman last night. I don’t usually watch him but Jonah actually had something interesting to say about Twitter. And since Twitter is talked about all the time I had to listen. Jonah said there was this imposter on Twitter who has thousands of followers and apparently people think it’s him. (Jonah has never been on Twitter before.) He went on to say…
“Apparently this kid has been talking trash to Jon Favreau,” Hill said, adding that he had wanted to work with the director someday. Hill even placed a real-life call to Favreau to apologize for the fake Hill’s words.
It got me thinking. I have been watching this @blakeshelton on there for a couple of days now. I thought it might be him, because he was talking about personal things, but the last couple of days this guy has been really nasty. I’m beginning to wonder now. And no he doesn’t have verified account on the top of his page, but there are other celebrities that I know it’s them and they aren’t verified either. So what I’m trying to say is be wary, you never know who’s on the other side of that tweet.
I watched Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night. I was so glad that I could get my fix of 7th Floor West again because I’m addicted to that sketch more than I was ever addicted to The Hills. Wendy Williams was on the show, I have had her show on for the last couple of days now. It’s not a bad show at all, she talks about Twitter alot and there is a lot of audience interaction. That is always awesome.
Wendy tried to teach Jimmy how to say her signature saying, “How you doin’?” I thought it was very adorable and I had to share it.
