Gamer has been one of those movies I can’t get enough of writing about. It comes out on September 4th, 2009 and stars Gerard Butler and Michael C Hall. This TV spot explains the best about what this movie is about.
Boy controls human, human is controlled by boy, if the boy doesn’t win, the human dies.
It still reminds me a bit of the Running Man, but with a 2000’s feel with the virtual reality. I can’t wait to see this one!
I have to admit something, that isn’t a big secret to anyone who has known me for five minutes, I LOVE guitarists. There is something so sensual, and sexy, about a man that can play.

9.) Kurt Cobain-(February 20, 1967 – c. April 5, 1994)- Lead Singer,Songwriter, and Guitarist of Nirvana that was known for popularizing a subgenre of alternative rock, that we refer to as grunge. (I wasn’t a huge fan of Nirvana, or Kurt, but I have to give him props here for several reasons):

Jason Michael Carroll- Born in Texas (apparently, I need to move there, Texas= sexy) and raised in Raleigh,NC (Much closer to me), he won the local talent competition “Gimme The Mic” and hasn’t looked back. He is a sweetheart to boot, I have met him more than once, and spoken to him on the phone.. he made me fall in love with the word “Darlin”:
7.) John Rzeznik-You’ll PROBABLY best know him as the frontman for the GooGoo Dolls, but he’s also a producer, and guitarist. Either way, he performs in his bare feet.. and I think that is oddly sexy:
6.) Justin Moore- Lead vocals, rhythm guitar for the awesome band Ingram Hill. My JoJo introduced me to them, and she is also the one who provided the Kick A** photo of him. You should check out her other amazing photography (JODIE PLATZ):
5.) Chad Kroeger- Provides lead vocals and guitar for the band NickelBack, he is just sultry and sexy:
4.) Trent Reznor- Songwriter,producer,multi-instrumentalist, You’ll have heard of Nine Inch Nails, yes? (That’s him) The LA Times cites him as “one of the most acclaimed creative figures of his generation of music” ..CLOSER..does it get any sexier?:
3.) Justin Timberlake- Was the lead singer for N’Sync, don’t even try it, you know you loved them. They’re adorable. But I digress, he has an extremely successful solo career now, and plays guitar damn well:
2.) Robert Pattinson- Yeah,yeah we know..Twilight..Edward Cullen..yeah.. BUT he plays guitar, and sings, both with soul:
My number one guitarist, you’ll know hands down if you have paid any attention to my other off handed remarks in my posts about my adoration, of this man. Not to mention my love of his HANDS.
The way he moves his hands could almost send me into a trance, it’s so rhythmic, and beautiful.

The most endearing thing to me, is that I could SEE Jaxxx actually doing this, and I love that. Although, if he REALLY wants a grilled cheese sandwich (or any kind of HOME-COOKED meal) I’d be more than happy to fix him ANYTHING he wanted.
I am so excited to finally see what’s coming up next on Season 6 on House. It looks like part of the season will revolve around Dr. House being in the mental institution and using his doctorly skills there. I just hope we have him back in the hospital he works at before too long!
Look what came to my mailbox the other day…my two autographed pictures of Peter Facinelli! One of them is to Taylor and the other one is in my real name. I am so happy to see them! They are courtesy @vampirefreak101 who went to see him and Alex Meraz at the London Film and Comic Con on July 19, 2009.
In the spirit of TEN Gossip I asked her to answer ten questions for me. Katie is quite active at going places to meet the cast. Yes, I’m quite jealous of her. Here are her answers to my questions.
1. How many cast members have you met? 9 in total, so far! I’m now determined to meet or at least see, all of them, at conventions, on set, premieres or gigs. I’m keeping a diary of my progress. It’s become a mission.
(Peter Facinelli (Carlisle Cullen) twice, Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen), Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen), Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan), Charlie Bewley (Demetri Volturi), Jamie Campbell-Bower (Caius Volturi), Alex Meraz (werewolf Paul), Justin Chon (Eric Yorkie) twice, Christian Serratos (Angela Webber).)
I have also met New Moon director Chris Weitz, in Italy. and although I wasn’t lucky enough to meet them, i have seen Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen), Dakota Fanning (Jane Volturi) and Daniel Cudmore, (Felix Volturi) from 5 metres away.
My next convention is Eternal Twilight 2, in October, when I will meet Edi Gathegi (Laurent), Billy Burke (Charlie Swan) and Gil Birmingham(Billy Black), and I will be going to the New Moon premiere in London in November where I hope to see most of the cast.
2. How many Twi-conventions have you been to? Only one, Eternal Twilight, in February. London Film and Comic Con is a general Film convention, not a Twi convention, but i think we Twilighters pretty much took over ha ha.
3. What is the furthest you’ve traveled to meet one of them? So far, Italy, for the filming of New Moon but I’m planning to go to Vancouver, for the filming of Eclipse, in September.
4. Your favorite experience and with whom? My ‘guest encounter’ with Peter Facinelli at the Eternal Twilight
convention in Northampton, England, in February. Basically, there’s an auction, and the top 10 bidders get to spend 1 hour in a room chatting with Peter. The best hour of my life!
5. If you could meet any cast member again who would it be? Peter of course, I want to meet him as many times as possible. Also Kristen, as I only got to speak to her for a few seconds, I would love to be able to chat to her for longer.
6. Where is the location you would love to go to meet them? This is probably going to sound strange, but I would love to meet Peter s family, so at their house? or somewhere in Los Angeles, where they hang out together as a family. His wife Jennie Garth and his children seem so nice. Peter and Jennie are so much in love, it’s so cute.
7. What was the experience that went along with the picture you got for me. The crew write names on sticky notes on each item(So she had two pictures for me and two sticky notes). And I then walk up to the table where Peter is, his assistant takes the items from me, whilst he finishes talking and signing with the person before me. I just stand there and stare at him. His assistant passes a photo to him (for Taylor) and he says ‘good name’ and signs it. (You can see the picture of him signing my picture in the first thumbnail, I think that’s awesome that Katie took a picture of it for me!)
8. What is your favorite part of a Twi Convention. Surprising its not meeting the cast, its being able to chat about Twilight with other fans, and not being told to change the subject!
9. How overwhelming was it to be in the midst of all the twilight fever? very. it’s crazy most of the time, but it’s great that it has such a loyal fanbase that brings people together, and I’ve made some life long friends because of it.
10. If you could be cast as a character who would you like to be? The obvious answer is Bella or Esme right? Actually, I’d love to be Alice, because to see the future and therefore possibly being able to change it, would be the greatest ability I wish I could have.

I am a huge supporter of organ donation. It’ s not something I talk about alot. But I feel personally that if I die and someone needed a body part of mine and I was too selfish to keep it because I am dead then that isn’t right. I have signed my organ donation card and told my family of my intent. Not all of my family support my decision but I keep telling them, if I can save someone while I am dead that’s something I want to do. I don’t try and convince others because it’s what I personally feel.
Alex O’Loughlin is starring in a new show called, Three Rivers, starting in the Fall. It’s about organ donation and the process that they go through. I know that I am really looking forward to seeing it. And not only because of Alex (but it has a lot to do with it) but maybe because watching it will help understanding organ donation more. Alex said that through his research for the character, Dr. Andy Yablonski, it made him realize he needed to make a lifestyle change.
“Usually [organ damage is] from a lifestyle,. And it’s from doing the things that we do from time to time like smoking and drinking and eating bad stuff. And a sick heart and the smell of a sick organ, dude, there’s nothing like it to turn you off a burger and fries. I’ll take a salad and a water tonight.”
Eating healthier is always a good thing. And besides he said dude and if he used that word, it must be bad!
