Britney Spears was looking great in her sparkling dress at the arrivals of the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held tonight at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California.

Tonight, she will be presented the Ultimate Choice Award. The show airs tomorrow night on FOX. TEN Gossip will be live blogging the event.
