Alex O’Loughlin Talking Slang

Earlier this morning I was talking about on Twitter about how I have been depending on my American spell checker a lot. Usually, I can write American really easy but these days I really have to concentrate on it. That’s why I’m glad my spell checker tells me when I’m spelling it wrong. I saw this video today of Alex O’Loughlin and he was talking about what slang he uses and it got me thinking that there must be some days when he just can’t get down his American accent and words down.
Alex also published a new blog on MySpace. He is such an amazing man for the things he says to his fans.
Dear All,
As I write this I am conscious of the fact that I feel like I say the same things in every blog I send out to you all… “Thank you-Thank you-Thank you”.I haven’t stopped for so long and it kind of seems like my birthday came and went really quickly this year. But it wasn’t without THE most ridiculous influx of gifts, cards, and the usual, wonderful support I am slowly becoming accustomed to from all of you. My ever loyal and loving fans.
So I guess I’ll just say it again..THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

He also talked about how he is on the list to be an organ donor. I signed my card back when I was 20. I remember people thinking back then I was nuts. I also have been called a couple of times to donate my bone marrow. I think that if there is anything I can do to make someone live longer I have to do it. Okay, I’m done the lecture now.

Alex Dude amazes me too. He is so giving, so sweet, so hard-working and yet he has time to reconnect with his fans every now and again. You Taylor, are generous as well, and as I always suspected, a truly nice person. Rarity in this world.

Thank you for posting this adorable clip of Alex O’Loughlin and mentioning his wonderful blog. He is such a great actor and so down to earth. He is humble and appreciative of his fans and the chances he is being given to bring his talent to TV (Three Rivers on CBS Oct 4th) and the movies (The Back Up Plan Jan 22, 2010).
