Adam Lambert released the artwork for his album last week on Twitter. Honestly, I thought that it was totally Adam. The glam rocker type thing. But what do I know? Adam took to Twitter again to explain the cover to the people that didn’t get it.
“Thank you to those who appreciate and understand that the album cover is deliberately campy. It’s an [homage] to the past. It IS ridiculous. For those that don’t get it: oh well… Glad to have gotten your attention.â€Â
“Debut single is called For Your Entertainment get ready to shake yo asses to this song. It’ll make ya dance for sure.
â€Â
I know that his record will be an amazing hit. He was the only one I rooted for on American Idol.

Well I’m glad he was going for camp – ’cause he sure as hell got there didn’t he? But what did everyone expect from him – he’s a go big or go home kinda guy. The thing is gonna sell like hotcakes whatever the cover looks like anyways.
That is very true on both accounts. I hope it stays at the top for a very long time.
