Amanda Seyfried Leaving ‘Big Love’

One of my favorite characters on Big Love is Amanda Seyfried but it’s being reported that she will be leaving this season. Amanda has been working on a movie career and being tied up for six months doing Big Love doesn’t give her many options.
“She’s been exploring her movie career for a couple of years now, and we’ve been giving her a lot of room to do that,” says Big Love creator Will Scheffer. “I know having a commitment to a show for six months definitely cuts into her ability to pursue that career.”
In the eight episode, of the only nine episodes this season, Amanda’s character leaves. Scheffer says, “She’s moving.”
I know I am a couple of seasons behind so I am not going to speculate what this could mean. In any case,I will miss her on the show.
