I saw today that after Thursday, Vampire Diaries and Supernatural were going on hiatus for five weeks. They promise when they come back the rest of the season will continued without interruption. Is it just me or did it just come back from the Christmas break?

So I mentioned this on Twitter earlier about it going on hiatus again and I got some response back with some one making a point I can’t deny. So for the CW here is my open letter to you.

Dear The CW,

I have loved you as a television station. Actually, most of my TV watching revolves around you. I even bought the higher priced cable package because you had the shows that we couldn’t get here in Canada. But as of late you have been frustrating me. And today I found out I wasn’t alone.

Vampire Diaries and Supernatural are going away again for another hiatus? They just came back from “winter break” I thought and Gossip Girl? When the heck are the new shows on? It hasn’t been on for years it seems. It just seems if viewers have to memorize a schedule they might not want to tune in again. I can see one hiatus, or one small one. But two long ones? I find that really hard to swallow.

So what happens if you lose viewers over this? Will you not even blink? I know that I love you and I don’t want to see your station be wrecked because of some programming conflicts. Is there a way we can make it so everyone is happy? Please let me know.

Your fan,

Taylor Blue
