I can’t say how cool it is to see Ethan Hawke back on the red carpet. He was at the premiere of his new movie, Daybreakers, at the School of Visual Arts Theater in New York City last night. The movie hits theaters today and it’s about a different kind of vampire. These ones don’t wear rings or sparkle!

Ethan looks like a trooper standing against that Subsider. In the clips it looks so freaky. I would be scared to be on the set with it!
I am still on the rampage of promoting one of the best, I think, new movies of 2010, Daybreakers. I got sent over some new stills from the movie. It seems the more that I see the more I want to see the movie. It looks so different from the other vampire movies out there.

With Ethan Hawke and Willem Dafoe in the cast can you really lose? The movie hits theaters on January 8, 2010. Also, I love that they are using Placebo’s version of Running Up That Hill. It makes me think of this movie now every time I hear the song.
One of the movies I’m looking forward to coming out is Daybreakers. It comes out January 8, 2010 so I don’t have too much longer to wait. Lionsgate sent over three new Daybreakers clips so we can really see how this movie is not just any vampire movie.

A new clip from the movie, Daybreakers, has been released. It’s called Blood Riot, and once you start watching you will know why. Thinking that you depend on human blood to keep yourself alive and then there is a shortage, you never know what you will do. These guys thought they knew.
Also Bloody Disgusting released the new outdoor poster for the movie. It’s really creepy and scary that I will only post the small version. You can click on it to make it larger.
Break.com also has their own version of what happens when humans become endangered species. I was watching it the other day and thought it was quite disgusting. Actually, this whole movie is going to be disgusting. And everyone knows what I say…more gore is better.
Since it looks like it’s video day at TEN Gossip, I’ll keep the theme going with this video about Ian Somerhalder and 7 things you didn’t know about him. I know that I want to know as much as I can about him. Here are some of the things he revealed.
1. He is obsessed with saving stray animals.
1 1/2. He has a girlfriend.
2. Growing up in New Orleans he grew up around the vampire thing. “I auditioned for [Jason Stackhouse on] True Blood and couldn’t rock it to convince [creator] Alan Ball that that was my role. I didn’t get it and I was very bummed. I couldn’t watch True Blood until now because now I have my own role. But before that, I was convinced I couldn’t play a vampire because I blew the audition.”
3. He’s been working for 20 years modeling and doing commercials.
4. He has a tattoo that says, Here and Now, in Latin on his arm.
January seems so far away for new episodes of Vampire Diaries. That’s okay because I’m not quite caught up anyways.
