The People’s Choice nominations were announced today. I was one of those people who voted for my favorites so this was neat to see if my choices made it. Twilight, House, Vampire Diaries, Three Rivers and Gossip Girl made it. But Zachary Levi didn’t make the list. I think that I nominated him for every category. I guess it doesn’t work that way.

Hayden Panettiere shined on the red carpet at the 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday in Los Angeles. Her flowing dress is by J. Medel. It looks like both Hayden and Blake Lively went with red. I think red is an awesome choice for the ‘red’ carpet.
Heroes premieres on Monday (September 21st) with the first episode being two hours.

Blake Lively was the prettiest lady in red at the 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday in Los Angeles. Blake’s gown is Versace. I know it looks absolutely amazing. It must have been excited for Blake since she presented tonight.

For saying what I have been thinking about Michael Jackson for quite some time. I have spent adamant time defending him for many reasons, that I just won’t go into here. Suffice it to say, that regardless of what you think he did or didn’t do (bear in mind you nor I have the right to cast stones), he was an icon, the King of Pop. He made more progress and advances in the music industry single handedly than most bands or musicians combined.
He paved the way for a lot of the new wave music you hear and love today, and he deserves respect as an artist, and a human being.
So thank you Michael.
and thank you Madonna for having the strength and the guts to say something that a lot of us feel, and haven’t been able ( sadly in some cases) or were too afraid to say.

I was happy to see that Gerard Butler was at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City last night. He was there to introduce Muse. I had never really heard of Muse before last night and I have to say that I will be listening to more of them. They rocked the house down.

Taylor Lautner looked great in Calvin Klein last night at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. He was a presenter and also introduced the new New Moon extended trailer.
