I was hanging out on Twitter this morning and I heard that people were a bit disappointed with Gossip Girl last night. There seemed to be an air of wonder and why there wasn’t more sleeping around. I know all I can say is this show has gone beyond something I can watch with my teen. I can only watch it now. Maybe that’s me being naive but that’s the way it’s going to be.
The fifteenth episode of the season is called, The Sixteen Year Old Virgin, and it goes like this: Despite being grounded, Jenny (Taylor Momsen) continues to see Damien (guest star Kevin Zeggers) who tells Jenny that he wants to have sex with her. Lily (Kelly Rutherford) tells Rufus (Matthew Settle) the big secret she has been keeping from him even though she knows it’s a huge risk. Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) explore a new stage of their friendship. Chuck (Ed Westwick) is forced to make an extremely difficult decision about his hotel.

Not only does Gossip Girl come back tonight after three long months but we also get to see Chace Crawford on the set in New York. It’s been a while since I’ve got a chance to even post any pictures from the set of the show.
Chace was just on Live with Regis & Kelly this morning where he talked about Elton John and stalking Kate Beckinsale at the Oscar viewing party last night. I’m sure if I was Kate that I wouldn’t mind if Chace stalked me.

With Vampire Diaries gone for a couple more weeks I seem kind of lost on what shows I usually have spoilers for. I know that I just happened to stumble on the spoilers for this episode of Gossip Girl. I mean the new shows look so good. And does Chuck finally meet his mom?
This episode, The Lady Vanished, goes like this: Rufus (Matthew Settle) and Lily (Kelly Rutherford) grow suspect of Jenny’s (Taylor Momsen) relationship with Damien (guest star Kevin Zeggers). Chuck (Ed Westwick) learns more about the woman (guest star Laura Harring) who may or may not be his mother. Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) struggle through the awkwardness of dating other people. Andrew McCarthy directed the episode.

I am so happy Gossip Girl is back. It felt like it was gone forever! It looks like everyone is up to their old tricks. And what is this I see? Serena and Nate together?
The thirteenth episode is called, The Hurt Locket, and it goes like this: Nate and Serena decide to explore the boundaries of their friendship. Blair suspects that Chuck is having problems forgetting about the woman he saw at his father’s grave. Jenny agrees to accompany Damien to a State Dinner but is unaware that he needs her help with a drug exchange. Vanessa and Dan attempt to move past the awkwardness of Dan’s confession of love. Rufus returns from a ski trip and tries his best to avoid Lily.
Wow everyone is changing partners now. This Gossip Girl is getting better and better.

Leighton Meester looked pretty chilly on the Gossip Girl set in New York yesterday. I guess people always think that being an actress is glamorous but on cold chilly days it can’t be. I will be excited to see what the snow looks like in the show too. I am sure they will probably take it out or make it look super white.
I can’t wait for the show to come back on Monday.
