I have to admit that I have been dragging my butt all day. I swear today is Monday! I got an alert for @TalkinToU about new pictures from The Back-Up Plan. I clicked over to see this one of Alex shirtless. I woke up instantly when I saw it. The people that are marketing this movie have one thing good going on. They know we like to see Alex shirtless! I say all the power to them and they should just keep working with that formula. (A bigger version of the picture above included below, just so you can memorize every part of his chest.)
The synopsis for this movie is the following: After years of dating, Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) has decided waiting for the right one is taking too long. Determined to become a mother, she commits to a plan, makes an appointment and decides to go it alone. On the day of her artificial insemination, Zoe meets Stan (Alex O’Loughlin) – a man with real possibilities. Trying to nurture a budding relationship and hide the early signs of pregnancy becomes a comedy of errors for Zoe and creates confusing signals for Stan. When Zoe nervously reveals the reason for her unpredictable behavior, Stan commits fully and says he’s in. Never before has love seen a courtship where a wild night of sex involves three in a bed – Stan, Zoe and the ever-present massive pregnancy pillow. Or, where “date night†consists of being the “focal point†at a near-stranger’s water birth which does for kiddie pools what “Jaws†did for swimming in the ocean. The real pregnancy test comes when both of them realize they really don’t know each other outside of hormonal chaos and birth preparations. With the nine month clock ticking, both begin to experience cold feet. Anyone can fall in love, get married and have a baby but doing it backwards in hyper-drive could be proof positive that they were made for each other.
It’s that time of day again where I post yesterday and today’s photos from the set of The Back-Up Plan. I am loving the set out that (with help) I found of Alex O’Loughlin kissing Jennifer Lopez. There is something about that that makes me swoon.
I can only imagine how the dialogue for the characters went.
Alex’s character: I can kiss you right? I really want to kiss you.
Jennifer’s character: Well..you…can…do whatever you want.
Alex’s character: *Leaning close* Then I choose to kiss you.
*Both characters kiss and the crowd goes wild with Awwww’s*
There is even a video that goes along with the kiss. It is definitely worth watching!
I’m sorry that I didn’t get a chance to do an on set post for Alex O’Loughlin yesterday, but waiting did have it’s advantages because I ended up getting more pictures of him just alone then the last time I checked. I have to thank Splash News for all of their awesome pictures of Alex, you really know what we want to see!
So without further ado, these pictures are from both Monday and Tuesday on the set of The Back-Up Plan. It’s just too bad there’s that major spoiler in the last couple of pictures, but hopefully I will forget by the time I see the movie when it comes to DVD next year.
I am loving that I get to post pictures of Alex O’Loughlin two days in a row! I just wish there were more of him all by himself (the ones by himself below are ones I missed from yesterday). He is in New York right now filming The Back-Up plan with Jennifer Lopez. And judging from these pictures it looks like it worked.
There are rumors that Alex and Jennifer are falling in love, but really, I think they need to come up with better rumors than that because I don’t believe them for a minute.
I have been waiting for more Alex O’Loughlin pictures to post. And today I got my wish. I had a follower of mine on Twitter (thank you @TalkinToU) tell me there were new pictures, so I zoomed right over and found them. These were taken from today in New York. I really hope that New York is getting to be back the way it was, it’s nice to see that the city is busy again.
I’m a sucker for wedding’s, aren’t you? I mean, I probably watch wedding-related movies like Jennifer Lopez’s movie ‘The Wedding Planner’ or ‘Father of the Bride’ …well, more than I should (But I like them, na, na, na!) Which means I’m excited for the episode of TNTLeveragetonight which is called The Wedding Job.
The official description of The Wedding Job on Leverage from TNT is as follows: To retrieve the money promised to the family of an innocent man who took the fall for a Mafia boss, the Leverage team poses as the wedding planners for the don’s only daughter on her big day. Somehow, the team must manage to pull off a wedding in the midst of pulling off the heist, all while avoiding a dangerous Russian mobster known as The Butcher.
(But I like them, na, na, na!) Which means I’m excited for the episode of TNT
