Ryan Reynolds was showing off his guns the other day while going into the Fitness Factory in West Hollywood. I know Ryan doesn’t look impressed but he should be. I mean we all enjoy looking at Ryan, and he’s Canadian. That doesn’t hurt at all.

Ryan Gosling was spotted looking cool in plaid leaving the Bank Of America in Hollywood. Ryan is getting set to release his first album with band mate Zach Shields and their band Dead Man’s Bones on October 6th. They released another song of theirs called, My Body’s a Zombie for You, and features the Silverlake Conservatory Children’s Choir. I still find it hard to really pinpoint what kind of genre that they would be in. I just find that Ryan has such an amazing voice that he could really sing anything and I would still listen.
Listen to My Body’s A Zombie For You here.

When I saw this still from Ryan Reynold’s new movie, Buried, I have to admit that I freaked out a bit. I am very claustrophobic and seeing a picture like this doesn’t help. (This also reminds me of that episode of CSI where Nick was trapped in a coffin too.) In this movie Ryan plays a US contractor working in Iraq who comes under attack by Iraqi insurgents. He awakens after the ambush buried in a coffin with nothing more than a lighter and a cell phone at his disposal and limited time to escape before suffocating.
This movie isn’t expected to hit the theaters until 2010.

I’ll admit it. I haven’t see The Proposal starring Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock yet. I really want to because well it’s a comedy and it has Ryan in it. And with Ryan being in it alone is a good enough excuse. The movie just opened in most of Europe this weekend. I guess I’ll have to go to Europe to go see it.
It also has become the #10 top grossing Romantic Comedy ever in the United States.

On Monday, I did a post about the Ten Bad Boys of Television. It seemed to spark your interest, so I thought, here we go ya’ll, I’ll be totally superficial for once and do the Ten Hottest set of ABS for you.
Ready? Okay, okay, I’m hurrying. Sheesh.

10.) Taylor Lautner: Beautiful boy, he really is. But he’s just that, a BOY. So, that’s why he’s number ten. I feel kind of bad even putting him here, but he’s earned it. Look at him!

9.)Chad Michael Murray: He captured my heart as Lucas, but his stomach captured my attention. It’s sexy and toned just enough. Gorgeous.

8.)Paul Walker: The accent, the eyes, and the abs. I mean, is it fair really?

7.)Jensen Ackles: WOW. He is so FINE. AKA Bad A** demon hunting, Dean Winchester.

6.)Jared Padalecki: I second the above WOW. I mean, AKA Sam Winchester. HOT.

5.)Ryan Reynolds: I’ve always loved Ryan. Not just for his abs, though apparently, they are a very good reason TO appreciate him.

4.)Shemar Moore: I was given the DEMAND to put him on here lol And so I did. He is a hunk, and has very nice abs, may I add.

3.)Kellan Lutz: Beautiful eyes, Dimples to die for, and killer abs. Bless his heart. *wink*

2.)Vin Diesel: Does anyone need any clothes washed? I mean, hello washboard stomach. Dang, vin, can you get any more sculpted? *Whistling* NICE.
and the number one spot, goes to a man that I just recently rediscovered. I think I almost passed out when I saw this pic.
It doesn’t need words.
Heck, it doesn’t need his name.

1.)Justin Timberlake: If I ever had any doubts before, I no longer do. It’s official. He has brought sexy back.

Ryan Reynolds steps it up in Entertainment Weekly by appearing in four different covers this week, I just hope they are all shirtless. I know I’ll be racing to my mailbox to see exactly which cover I get. Ryan is on the cover to promote his new movie, The Proposal. I am dying to see this one. And really if it has Ryan in it you know it’s going to be good.
In the interview he talks about being a sex symbol, his favorite tv show, and being an actor. Here are the highlights:
On being a sex symbol: “Really embarrassing. I think I fear more than anything just sounding like a complete a-hole when I have to answer that question. If you take any of that seriously, you need to be euthanized, ASAP.”
On being an actor: “I’ve always just liked working. I like being a working actor. There’s an old saying that you don’t ever finish a movie, you abandon it, and I really believe that. I never walk away from a take and pat myself on the back. You always walk away going, ‘Damnit, I should have tried this!’ It’s that possibility that keeps me coming back for more.”
On favorite TV Show, A&E’s Intervention: “Real schadenfreude stuff. The first season or two is all about alcoholics and heroin addicts, but then as the seasons progress, they feel the need to sensationalize it a bit. So by Season 5, you get to people who are chemically unable to experience joy unless they’re smoking a cat, or something equally disturbing. I love it.”
On video games: ” I don’t really play video games. Is there a way to waste more f–ing time? The internet’s enough. The last videogame I played was Ms. Pacman.”
