In my first Top Ten Abs post, you guys raked me over the coals, because I left so many people out. However, it’s hard to just pick TEN gorgeous stomachs isn’t it? So, perhaps I’ll revisit the abs post on occasion, spotlighting different celebs each time, that way everyone gets their eye candy.

And my number one spot goes to someone that I will probably receive flack about, and that’s okay. I’m putting him here because he is a kick a** guy, I love his sense of humor, and I think he’s very sexy. Just goes to show you that beauty isn’t uniform, and comes in all shapes, and sizes.

Eric Dane Shirtless On The Set Of Valentine’s Day

Eric Dane was spotted shirtless in Malibu today (Thursday) shooting the movie, Valentine’s Day. The movie is about five interconnecting stories on Valentine’s Day. I am a sucker for a romance movie, and even more for shirtless guys being in it.

I have to ask myself after seeing these pictures, why have I not ever watched Grey’s Anatomy? I think I might have to start where there is such nice eye candy there.

Kellan Lutz Offers His Fitness Secrets

Kellan Lutz really takes care of himself and is into fitness and you can tell. I have seen many shirtless pictures of him running. Seventeen magazine sat down with him recently and he offered ways to make exercising fun.

Kellan says he hates running I thought for sure that was one of his favorite thing. But he does love to swim, and even has a pool in his backyard. I have always wanted a pool in my backyard. Since Kellan gets bored easy in his fitness plan he says that he likes to plays games with his dogs. It’s really cute how he explains playing with his dogs.

The main message he wants to get through was that you should make exercise fun and motivating. He wears a calorie counter to see how he is doing for the day. And making exercise fun will ensure you will stop doing it. (I know my personal favorite is Dance Dance Revolution, I love to dance and that helps me.) Even doing exercise between commercials is a huge start.

Ten Hottest Abs!

On Monday, I did a post about the Ten Bad Boys of Television. It seemed to spark your interest, so I thought, here we go ya’ll, I’ll be totally superficial for once and do the Ten Hottest set of ABS for you.
Ready? Okay, okay, I’m hurrying. Sheesh.

10.) Taylor Lautner: Beautiful boy, he really is. But he’s just that, a BOY. So, that’s why he’s number ten. I feel kind of bad even putting him here, but he’s earned it. Look at him!

9.)Chad Michael Murray: He captured my heart as Lucas, but his stomach captured my attention. It’s sexy and toned just enough. Gorgeous.

8.)Paul Walker: The accent, the eyes, and the abs. I mean, is it fair really?

7.)Jensen Ackles: WOW. He is so FINE. AKA Bad A** demon hunting, Dean Winchester.

6.)Jared Padalecki: I second the above WOW. I mean, AKA Sam Winchester. HOT.

5.)Ryan Reynolds: I’ve always loved Ryan. Not just for his abs, though apparently, they are a very good reason TO appreciate him.

4.)Shemar Moore: I was given the DEMAND to put him on here lol And so I did. He is a hunk, and has very nice abs, may I add.

3.)Kellan Lutz: Beautiful eyes, Dimples to die for, and killer abs. Bless his heart. *wink*

2.)Vin Diesel: Does anyone need any clothes washed? I mean, hello washboard stomach. Dang, vin, can you get any more sculpted? *Whistling* NICE.

and the number one spot, goes to a man that I just recently rediscovered. I think I almost passed out when I saw this pic.

Celebrity Rewind: Kellan Lutz

If I learnt one thing yesterday watching that interview with Kellan Lutz is that Kellan has one fine body. He wore this tight shirt for the interview and you couldn’t help but stare. Too bad I wasn’t there in person to admire him.

I found this picture of him from his past. Now, if I was Kellan I would enjoy pictures like this being digged out. Go Team Emmett! (If any one knows where this photo shoot is from let me know…I would love to see the rest of this set.)
