I had a frantic text message sent to me that I needed to see these pictures of Jackson Rathbone and that I would be super excited to see them. And since I spent yesterday talking about Kellan Lutz, I thought why not and talk about Jackson.
They published a couple of behind the scenes pictures from the set of Jackson’s new movie, Girlfriend. Yesterday, details about the movie were released by the director, Justin Lerner, who had this to say about the movie.
We’re in an economic crisis, and [the film is set] in a small town where there’s lots of lying, deceit, jealousy, rage, violence. Evan is pure good. He’s pure innocent love. How fascinating would it be to put pure, innocent, unconditional love […] into this world, and see what happens.
Jackson is an amazing actor. I can’t wait to see him in this movie rumored to be released in 2010.
Truth be told, I really just wanted a reason to post a picture of Kellan Lutz and have a reason to talk about him. I have been having major discussions about Kellan and his acting skills in Facebook for the last couple of days, so I had to prove that yes, Kellan is amazing beyond the two lines that everyone says he only has.
So look at this behind the scenes footage of Kellan for Self magazine and tell me if he is not adorable. (Side note: Kellan if you are reading this…I need your sweater. ASAP. Thank you.)
Jackson Rathbone played Adam/Amanda on Season 4 Episode 20 of Criminal Minds. I remember that this was really the first thing I had seen Jackson in other than Twilight. And if you watch the Behind The Scenes footage you can see how he developed the character and how hot he looks as a girl.
Criminal Minds always has such great guest stars. That was the whole reason I started watching the show. I can’t wait for the new season to start tomorrow night on CBS.
Go behind-the-scenes with The All-American Rejects on the set of their new video for “I Wanna.” In true Rejects fashion, the Paul Hunter (Lenny Kravitz, Gwen Stefani) directed clip promises to be the ultimate party with kegs, mounds of bubbles, a kiddie pool, and even two pigs on set. Check out the clip here to watch the madness ensue in what Tyson calls their most fun video to date.
The Heroes Season 3 DVD/Blu-Ray is coming out today and one of the features included on the set is a behind the scenes tour of the Prop Box. I can’t believe the secrets he reveals in this video. I have to admit that I know who it is the video, and it’s because of Twitter. (It’s @jamesprops you can follow him on Twitter and see his Heroes tweets too.)
Okay, I admit it. I couldn’t wait until Tuesday to see my issue of Entertainment Weekly. I had to see it now. These scans have already been published so I thought why not. I was disappointed that there were only the pictures that we had seen yesterday when all the behind the scenes footage seemed like there was a lot more.
There was a couple of cute quotes from the article that I wanted to share. First, from Kristen Stewart about Taylor Lautner.
”It’s completely understandable why they wanted to make sure he was right [for the part].He was so young, 16, so I got it. But I knew he had [to do] it. Just because of how I felt around him. I literally saw Jacob in him. We have that relationship. It’s lamely cute. I love that kid. I would do anything for him. I would kill for him, literally.”
Kristen also explains how she got ready for the scene in New Moon where Edward leaves her (TEN Gossip is currently on strike from talking about the movie but I had to share this.)
”Before the scene, I was sitting in my car, like f—ing crying — crying so hard you can’t breathe. Because I was really overwhelmed and intimidated by the scene. Everyone says, ‘She better be able to pull off the emotion in this movie!’ And it’s such an important moment in the book, when he leaves.” The scene exhausted her. ”I’m thinking, ‘We have to be done now. Just tell me we’re done.’”
I think this dynamic is going to be incredible and this movie way better. I still can’t wait to read the rest of the article when I get the issue in my mailbox.
