I finally found the premiere of the last season of Lost. It’s almost bittersweet. So many of my shows are done at the end of this season, so I better enjoy them while they are still here.
The season premiere of Lost will be on February 2nd, 2010. It will air on Tuesdays this season. I think it’s going to be hard to remember but I’m sure that I will survive this change. There will be a re-cap episode and then a new 2 hour episode. I can’t wait to find out what happens next…okay I kinda know but I won’t tell you.
I had to post this picture of the Lost cast too because I had to bring up my favorite game around the house, “How many cast members from (insert show here) appeared on Oz (the TV show)?” I have even started compiling a list because I never know when I might need it. So for Lost so far I have Echo and Michael that were on Oz. It’s a fun game to pass the time. Try it with almost TV show. It works.
Zac Efron showed off his basketball skills Thursday night at the Staples Center. He got a chance to horse around with the ball and even try to shoot it in the hoop. I imagine he got it because he probably plays basketball all the time. I wonder who would win if I played against Zac? I tell everyone though that I’m good at cheating when I play basketball, believe me, I’m not fair at all. I’m sure I would play according to the rules with Zac though.
Just as a side note the L.A. Lakers defeated the Phoenix Suns 121-102 that night. Yay Lakers!
A new trailer for SAW VI has come out. This one explains a bit more about it and reveals Jigsaw as being alive. There goes that spoiler. The last Saw I saw he was dead!
Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw’s legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw’s grand scheme is finally understood.
It hits theaters on October 23rd.
Also try out the cool SAW VI game on the official website. It’s called the Wheel of Death. You go to the site and check out the red band clip from the film and then via Facebook Connect, choose 6 of your friends to place on the wheel of death. But beware – you will have some tough choices ahead of you…
Ed Westwick was on Jimmy Fallon’s show on Wednesday night. I think I am going to hit every interview that Ed does because it sounds so weird hearing his English accent. Jimmy decided he would play a fun game of ‘Bass Masters’ where they had to spin the wheel and then do a Chuck Bass impression. I almost think Jimmy has the impression down better than Ed. What do you think?
You all know that game we used to play as a teen? M.A.S.H? We all wanted to see who we would be married to and how many kids we would have. Well now Warner Bros is gearing up for 17 Again’s release of the download and digital release of the movie on iTunes by giving you a chance to play M.A.S.H. with Zac Efron.
I loved 17 Again, just because I wish sometimes I could go back and be a teen and do life all over again. I guess I will have to keep wishing.
I posted the moving poster for this movie the other day and then I watched the trailer and I have to say I was hooked. I love movies about people playing video games. I have no clue why.
The movie also stars Gerard Butler and Michael C Hall. Michael looks really creepy in this trailer!
GAMER is a high-concept action thriller set in the near future, a time when mind-control technology has taken society by storm. Humans control other humans in a mass-scale, multiplayer online game. Reclusive billionaire Ken Castle (Michael C. Hall) has created the controversial form of entertainment, “Slayers,” a hugely popular game that allows millions to act out their innermost desires and fantasies – online – in front of a global audience. Gaming has evolved into a terrifying new dimension…mind control…manipulation…people playing people! At the center is Kable (300’s Gerard Butler), the superstar and cult hero of “Slayers,” the savage, ultraviolent first person shooter game. Kable is controlled by Simon, a young gamer with rock star status who continues to defy all odds by guiding Kable to victory each week. Taken from his family, imprisoned and forced to fight against his will, the modern day gladiator must survive long enough to escape the game to free his family, regain his identity and to save mankind from Castle’s ruthless technology.
I’m actually very excited to see this one. See the trailer after the jump…
