Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed are all in the UK issue of Glamour magazine talking about love and lust. The interview that is in the magazine is so cute. Here are some of the highlights:
Which member of the cast would you like to be stuck on desert island with?
Nikki: Kristen Stewart
Kellan: Ashley
Ashley: Jackson
Jackson: Ashley
Which member of the cast would you like to get drunk with?
Nikki: I don’t drink
Kellan: Jackson
Ashley: Jackson
Jackson: Rob Pattinson – we used to go to a bar and do open mikes together
Who would you go for a shoulder to cry on?
Nikki: Elizabeth Reaser
Kellan: Ashley
Ashley: My Eclipse co-star Bryce Dallas Howard
Jackson: Nikki
Who would you have a one night stand with?
Nikki: Elizabeth!
Kellan: Bella’s Mum (actress Sarah Clark)
Ashley: Can I say Jackson again? Although I don’t have one night stands!
Jackson: Elizabeth
Which is the gender cliché that you’re embarrassed to say you succumb to?
Nikki: I actually really enjoy putting on make-up, not because I think I look better, but I really like art and painting.
Kellan: Football, sport in general. Although I have a lot of female friends who are into football just as much as me, that’s why I love hanging out with the girls, they get so into it and that’s sexy to me.
Jackson: I can’t clean. I really can’t, I’m not very good at it, I’m actually a poor cleaner. My level of cleanliness is far below most, I wear the same pants every day, I get at least 2-3 wearings out of my socks. Not in a row – they sit in my dirty pile.
Ashley: My dog is spoilt, I buy him clothes. I love girl movies and girl wine. I definitely get very excited over clothes, like really excited.
What’s the gender cliché you go against?
Nikki: I like clothes if I’m handed them, I don’t like shopping. I get bored really easily, like having to go through things and looking through racks. I’d much rather eat than shop.
Kellan: I am the worst at packing. If I’m going to the beach, it’ll take me like an hour to pack my stuff like my towels, bathing suits and games.
Jackson: I’m not into sports. I used to play a lot of baseball as a kid but I’ve never followed it I was always much more into art.
Ashley: I’m a real college football girl and I like hockey games. They’re really brutal but I enjoy them. I was a tomboy when I was growing up, I climbed trees and stuff.
Which member of the cast would you get to cook dinner?
Nikki: Peter Facinelli
Kellan: Ashley
Ashley: Peter Facinelli – he always says he’s cooked too much and invites us round to eat it!
Jackson: Peter Facinelli
Who in the cast would you go to for relationship advice?
Kellan: Ashley Greene. We’re very close and it’s great to have someone especially as you work with them, just to talk to for advice.
Nikki: Elizabeth Reaser. She has a good head on her shoulders
Ashley: I ask Kellan a lot about guys because he’s honest with me and she’s new but Bryce Dallas Howard is really nurturing and kind of motherly.
Jackson: Peter Facinelli. He’s got a wife, kids, beautiful home. That’s gorgeous. Someday hopefully, I’m taking tips from him.
Which member of the cast would you get to style you?
Nikki: Kellan
Kellan: Alex Meraz, who plays one of the werewolves, has good style.
Ashley: Rachelle Lefevre, although Kristen and I have the same taste in jeans
Jackson: Ashley
Which of the New Moon cast would you choose to help in fight?
Nikki: Jackson
Kellan: None. I wouldn’t need the help in a fight!
Ashley: Kellan
Jackson: Nikki

It seems like the day of the magazines, I always love the first of the month so I can see them all. Leighton Meester is on the cover of the December 2009 issue of Glamour magazine. Leighton always looks amazing in magazines.
I love the quote she gives at the end of the interview. I am sure many celebrities would like to be able to say the same thing she does.
“I’m proud of the work that I’ve done. I don’t care what people label me as. If they want to say I’m an actress, and I should never sing, that’s fine. If they know me for my music, because they don’t watch my show or my movies, that’s fine, too. I’m doing what I want with my life. I just do…me.”
I think she’s great at all she does…don’t stop Leighton.

Jessica Simpson opened up to Glamour for the September 2009 issue of the magazine. It was of course before her break-up with Tony Romo so it’s probably filled with love and admiration for him. Here are the highlights:
Jessica on Recovering From Her Divorce From Nick Lachey: “It was hard to imagine I would ever walk down the aisle again,†she says. “It was like a death in the family: You go through the mourning stage, then the rebellion, and then all of a sudden you have to find life by yourself. Once you do that, you feel complete — and that’s the only time you can truly fall in love again, and give yourself over completely to another person.â€
Jessica on Body Image: “It’s not fair that women look in the mirror and feel disgust because of what society has made them believe about beauty. I’ve been through it myself and understand the pressures. We’re all facing the same struggles together, whether you’re a celebrity or not.â€
Jessica Explains Her Work Ethic: “I’m never going to be a woman who doesn’t work. At 12 I was emancipated from my parents so I could sign my first record deal. I think I was born working!â€

I was crushed when Pushing Daisies was canceled. I loved the show. And I have to admit that when they showed the last three episodes of the show I didn’t watch them. I wanted to leave the show the last way I remembered. And now I seem to see the cast every where. Anna Friel is in a photo spread for the August 2009 issue of UK Glamour. I love the photo shoot they did with her.
She is starring in the movie, Land of the Lost, with Will Ferrell, and she said that she struggled with playing the sexy assistant. She decided that her favorite part of her body, that she thinks is sexy, is her legs.
“I personally think my legs are better than my boobs. I was a little worried at first, but in the end, the general consensus was to go with the legs. I was relieved because all the original sketches showed my character with a little shirt tied barely an inch above my midriff. All in all, I’d rather show my legs than my tummy. I find that sexier, and fortunately the director agreed.”
Anna also says she feels the pressure to stay thin in Hollywood these days.
“You do have to stay slim, and you can’t make excuses. Looking good is a serious business and you have to make a decision to go along with it or else you’re just not going to get the work. In the beginning, I had such an awful time that I just wanted to run back home. But, looking back today, I’m glad I stuck it out. I never aspired to be the pretty girl because, if that’s all you’re known for, then you’re going to have a pretty short career.”
I think she looks great. I don’t know what she is worrying about.

It’s nice to finally see a magazine do justice to Blake Lively. I am loving this cover she did for the August 2009 issue of Glamour UK. It actually looks like her this time, and they didn’t photoshop the heck out of her. She’s so pretty just the way that she is.
I thought this quote from her was interesting considering Penn Badgley and her are now dating.
“At first I was so upset that they hired Penn for Gossip Girl..I actually poisoned the cast against him.”
I hope this is just a misquote. Sometimes magazines do that. I hope they did in this case. I don’t think Blake would do such a thing.

Christina Aguilera is Glamour magazine’s cover girl for August 2008. She is looking like she has totally lost all her pregnancy weight and is back better than ever.
On her new album: “I just started recording it, but I can tell you that this record is all about fun. I’ll be referencing Pop Art, Andy Warhol’s art. So it will [sound] fun and fast-paced, and visually, it will be full of color, which is how it’s going to tie in with my new fragrance, Inspire [in stores next month].â€
On how Max has influenced her music: “Absolutely–my little boy breathes new life into me. That’s one of the reasons I decided to go in a playful direction with this album. I’ve spoken openly about the domestic violence I experienced growing up.â€
More of the interview and scans after the jump…
