I am loving this December 2009 cover of Harper’s Bazaar with Kate Winslet on the cover. It’s a great Christmas cover for sure! And Kate seems to do great every where she goes.
I have yet to watch The Reader yet. I read the book and I was really excited to see how it would be on the big screen. I know it had a lot of attention and awards won, I just need to find the time to watch it.

Titanic is one of my favorite movies and I’m not embarrassed to admit it. It sunk on April 15th, which is my birthday, and so I have always felt close to it. (No, I wasn’t born when it sunk.) I have so many favorite scenes to that movie that I would love to see in 3D. And The Hollywood Reporter is saying that it might be coming soon.
“We are certainly interested in exploring the opportunity to re-release some of Lightstorm’s past films in 3D,†Lightstorm partner Jon Landau tells The Hollywood Reporter. “I don’t think it’s too far into the future. We’re pretty far down the road.â€
I think it’s a great idea when the way of the world seems to be the 3D movie.

Kate Winslet is the cover girl for the August 2009 issue of Harper’s Bazaar that hits news stands on July 21st. Inside the issue she talks about her reputation, drugs, her breasts and nudity. Here are the highlights:
On her breasts: “If people are noticing my boobs in a movie and saying they do what real boobs do, then that’s great. I’ll be 34 in October. I can’t keep getting away with it… people have seen enough of my bum and my boobs. I have to put them back.â€
On her Oscar moment: “I wanted to run over to my parents and do one of those Wimbledon moments when the person jumps from the court and leaps over the audience and the bleachers. I did have the urge to do that.â€
On having a good reputation: “When everyone was out getting plastered, I didn’t do all of that. I was working. I was doing life. Now that I look back, I feel very lucky. I’ve never taken drugs, never been offered cocaine.â€
