Today marks the release of Demi Lovato’s album Here We Go Again! The sophomore effort from the teen sensation features new, very personal songs that were written with a goal to “inspire people, to help them get through whatever they’re going through in their lives.” Demi continues, “That’s the ultimate goal with every piece of music I make.”
On her 2008 debut album Don’t Forget, Demi collaborated with long-time friends and tour mates the Jonas Brothers, while Here We Go Again finds her branching out as a writer with such bold-faced names as John Mayer, “Torn” songwriter Anne Preven and singer-songwriter Jon McLaughlin. She also wrote again with Nick Jonas on the soulful, searching “Stop The World.”
Head over to iTunes today to buy the album and check out the remaining dates of Demi’s headlining tour.

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas went out for lunch at the Village Idiot in Hollywood today. It looks like it might be just a lunch to me. I like the two of them together.
Poor Nick got into a minor fender bender while in his sweet 1968 Ford Mustang Cobra while he was driving away from the paps. Don’t worry Nick we have all done this at one point or another!

Selena Gomez recently talked about her new song “I’m Sorry” it’s about a boyfriend that can’t get over his ex. Is she talking about Nick Jonas? (It’s even beyond me how kids this age even sing and know about these things!)
“My favorite song that I’ve written is called “I’m Sorry.” It’s about a boy I kind of fell for, but he couldn’t let his ex-girlfriend go, and it was really difficult. And I felt like in a way, I wasn’t good enough. So the song is basically me saying that I’m sorry that it didn’t work out or that she used to be who she was, but you have to let me in and you have to know that I’ll do everything I can to make you happy and be the best I can be. So that’s probably going to be the first one that I want to work on for my record. It will probably be the only ballad on the record, because I want the other stuff to be really fun. But that is probably going to be the most heartfelt one because it was the hardest time for me. That story actually happened to me.”
I think it sounds like it is to me. What do you think? Has Selena fallen for someone that can’t get over his ex?
UPDATE: Selena Gomez has sent word to everyone that this song is not about Nick Jonas.
“It’s definitely not about Nick Jonas,†Gomez, 16, confirmed Saturday. “It’s about someone back home in Texas. When I read it, I was like, ‘Oh no this gossip has to go away!’ I haven’t known the Jonas Brothers for that long, but I’ve gotten really close with all of them.â€
I sure liked the story better the other way…it probably would have made more people buy the album….
