Being a movie star has to be fun sometimes, I mean look at Johnny Depp on the set of The Tourist today. He got to go to work in his pajamas and then even work in them too. I know I always say I get to work in my pajamas too but Johnny’s work sounds like so much more fun.

I was curious about what this movie might be about and finally they have a short synopsis up at IMDb. The movie revolves around Frank (Depp), an American tourist visiting Italy to mend a broken heart. Elise is an extraordinary woman who deliberately crosses his path. It doesn’t say who Elise is yet so we will have to wait for more details. Unless it’s supposed to be Cara, Angelina Jolie’s character’s name is that. See it’s a bit foggy yet but at least we get an idea.

When I saw George Clooney at the Oscars the other night I was so surprised to see how he was acting. But I’ve talked to many about how funny he was being and we all laughed. There was a part during the show where he gave someone a dirty look. So when I saw these pictures of him in Hawaii filming a new movie, The Descendants, which is scheduled to hit theaters in 2011. You have to admit he is cute here. He still has that charm!

I love all the pictures that are coming from the movie, The Tourist. Johnny Depp was shot today in Venice, Italy giving his best bad boy sultry look. Actually, I’m not sure if he’s playing a bad boy or not. All I know is that he’s very beautiful. Angelina Jolie is also in this movie set for a 2011 release.

I looked it up on the IMDb site and not much is known about it. This is what they say, “An American tourist is used by an Interpol agent in an attempt to flush out a criminal with whom she once had an affair.”

Peter Facinelli looks like he would honestly be the life of the party. And watching this behind the scenes look at Nurse Jackie it might just prove it. He plays practical jokes on the cast and even gives away Edie Falco’s secrets. I would totally be for it if they did this once a week with Peter.

The part where he keeps fixing his hair and then they fix it back made me laugh so hard I was crying. Yes, maybe I’m a bit way too easy to entertain sometimes.

It’s nice to see pictures of Chace Crawford again! I thought that I had died in the desert or something because I hadn’t seen any. He was on the set today in New York and he looks very cold. It must be hard to work outside sometimes. I don’t know if it was as cold as here though. We had -25C this morning. It seems like everyone is getting cold weather.

Since Gossip Girl doesn’t come back until March 8th Cosmopolitan thought they would give us a good taste of Chace and what he’s like. I know that he is even more adorable now that I’ve read this interview. Here are the highlights:

On being so positive on the set: A diva. Just completely out of control. [Laughs.] Really, I’m pretty laid-back, always cracking jokes. Sometimes people will say something to me like, “You’re actually funny!” I’m like, “Thank you?”

On NOT being on Twitter or Facebook: No. I even start to resent my phone because I’m on it so much.

On taking Broadcast Journalism in school and wanting to be the next Matt Lauer: No, although Matt Lauer would’ve been nice—or Anderson Cooper!

On if he worries about the show’s success fizzling out: Well, my grandparents tell me, “You have such a great apartment. We hope you can keep it!” “Yeah, me too, Granddad. Thanks.”

Josh Duhamel was playing some football on the Long Island set of The Romantics today. I know I could use a good game of football!

I watched the trailer for his upcoming movie, When In Rome, it looks hilarious. But with Kristen Bell in that movie too would we expect any less? Kristen’s boyfriend, Dax, is also in the movie. My daughter didn’t believe that they were really together.

Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the funniest guys I have seen in interviews. He honestly sounds like he has fun with it.  If only I could get an interview with him! He was interviewed recently by /Film about his new movie, Prince Of Persia: Sands of Time, and really he swears and jokes around the whole time. There is the part of the interview where he talks about the ostriches on the set. Here is Jake talking about the stunts and the ostriches. It’s priceless…

Well, I worked in L.A. for a few weeks before I left for London. We had a month of rehearsal in London, and I worked in L.A. with just Parkour guys and obviously, David Bell has been on set with us and he’s been working… I haven’t been working directly in terms of technique, but he’s designed a lot of stuff, and surprisingly, a lot of the things they taught me and asked me to do, just start to come easily when you start isometric type of workouts, a lot of hanging and a lot of training your body to move precisely and landing in the right away. A lot is about landing. Anybody can run and jump as far as they can but landing it is the hardest part, which is why you have the four guys outside looking like me. (laughter) I mean, I just learned it. If there’s one thing on this movie I’ve learned so fast is that when someone asks you to do something, you have to try it and see if you can do it, and if you don’t do it the first time, then you have to try again. If you miss it three times then somebody else has to do it, but if you don’t try to do it, then you’ll regret it for the rest of the time, because that’s what these movies afford you, an opportunity to do crazy sh*t that you wouldn’t normally be able to do. (laughs) I remember there’s a whole scene with ostriches in the movie and there are real live ostriches, not CG ostriches. There’s not a CG’ed ostrich in this movie. They’re all real ostriches, highly paid, and we were all briefed on them for weeks before like “They’re these massive destructive creatures that can tear your heart out with their claws.” (laughs) I swear to God I never thought of an ostrich this way! And I was shaking in my boots when they finally brought them out and they’re (does an ostrich impression) and I walked up to it and one of my stuntmen was in the ring with them, and finally, I was like, “When am I going to be in a f*cking cage with ostriches again in my life? I gotta get in here!” So I got in there and they were the sweetest things. I did everything with them, I eventually did that, but every day is like that. You gotta get in there and you gotta do it and that is an experience I’ll never be able to… well, hopefully ostriches will come back again… either in reshoots or hopefully in a second one. That sort of sums up the movie. (laughs)

I would love to see what his ostrich impression would actually look like.

Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester were seen on the set of Gossip Girl today, they were shooting a scene where they were visiting a homeless shelter. It seems like Chuck has become a lot more compassionate this season since he’s been with Blair. I guess they bring out the best in each other. MAJOR SPOILER!! When they are at the homeless shelter Chuck sees someone from his past. I know who it is…so do you have any guesses? I didn’t post the picture on purpose because I didn’t want to give it away.

Blake Lively took a break on the set of her movie, The Town, in Boston yesterday. The caption on the picture said that she was showing off her characters lack of fashion sense. But I’m not so sure. I think she doesn’t look too bad.

I wonder if Blake gets her lines mixed up between Serena and this character. It might be hard to jump from one to another.

Chace Crawford and Blake Lively were seen getting coffee with Blake’s maltipoo, Penny, today in New York. I love how they seem to be best friends with each other. I am sure that they talk alot since it looks like there is some down time on the set.
