Happy Birthday Gerard Butler!

After all the excitement around my house with my son’s birthday I was excited to learn that Gerard Butler celebrated his birthday just a day after. And this year…Gerard turns 40! So I knew I had to do a post for him then!

Last week, I wrote about him and found out what his birthday plans were. It was cute I had to repeat it here…

‘’On my birthday itself I am going to have a party in London which is great because I don’t get to spend a lot of time there anymore. The next day I am going up to Glasgow where I am having a shared birthday party with my 11-year old niece, which I am a little bothered about because I deserve all the attention but she is getting some of it…No , it’s lovely, so I am going to have a family party with her, then when I make it back to New York I will do something there.”

He is so adorable wanting all the attention from his niece. Happy Birthday Gerard! I would pay more attention to you.

Ellen Degeneres Is Getting Married In October

Ellen Degeneres seems to be on top of the world with all her wedding planning! And now it’s being reported that she has set a date in October to be married.They are also looking at getting married at California’s Riviera Resort and Spa in Palm Springs when the renovations are finished later this year. So, everyone book your vacation there now…you may get a glimpse of it!

A source told the New York Post newspaper: “They didn’t sign the contract yet, but they’re working out final details and security. The hotel is spending $70 million on renovations that will be done in October.

“Ellen and Portia said they wanted to have the ceremony in the tropical gardens by the pool and the reception in the grand ballroom. They will also close a significant portion of the hotel, so it looks like it will be a big occasion!”

I can’t wait to see the pictures from this wedding! It’s also being reported that Portia de Rossi will take the name Degeneres after she is married to Ellen.
