Hi, my name is Taylor Blue and I’m addicted to talk shows and comedy. On Monday, George Lopez is back in a new talk show LOPEZ TONIGHT on TBS. It looks like a great show! And it’s filmed live so you don’t know what will happen.
TBS’s LOPEZ TONIGHT is ready to get the party started as George Lopez welcomes premiere-night guests Ellen DeGeneres, Eva Longoria-Parker of Desperate Housewives and NBA great Kobe Bryant. The high-energy, late-night series premieres on TBS Monday, Nov. 9, at 11 p.m. (ET/PT).
Additional scheduled guests for the first few weeks include Sandra Bullock, Ray Romano, Jamie Foxx, Jessica Alba, Charlie Sheen, Queen Latifah, Marc Anthony, Ted Danson, Andy Garcia, Larry David, Taylor Lautner, Oscar de la Hoya, Kelly Osbourne, Floyd Mayweather, Eva Mendes, Arsenio Hall and Kathy Griffin, among many others. Additional guests will be announced in the weeks ahead.
Also check out his website. I had a bit of fun over laughing at it.
Lifehouse announces the release of their fifth studio album Smoke & Mirrors on Geffen Records December 8th. First single “Halfway Gone,” co-written by Lifehouselead singer Jason Wade, Kevin Rudolf (”Let It Rock”) and producer Jude Cole (Rocco Deluca, Beth Orton, MoZella), has already been serviced to radio and is available on all digital outlets now.
With Smoke & Mirrors; lead singer/guitarist Wade, drummer Ricky Woolstenhulme Jr., bassist Bryce Soderberg, producer Cole, and live guitarist Ben Carey have created a set that combines their live sound with great record making.
Smoke & Mirrors showcases two sides of Lifehouse — songs like “Smoke & Mirrors,” “Wrecking Ball” and “Had Enough” (with guest vocals by Chris Daughtry) have a raw and stage driven feel to them capturing the live, rock side of the band; a sound they had perfected after 10 years of solid touring. While tracks like “All In,” “Here Tomorrow Gone Today” and the first single “Halfway Gone” are songs sure to be heard on radio for years to come.
Lifehouse’s multi-platinum 2000 debut, No Name Face, produced “Hanging by a Moment,” a #1 alternative hit which crossed over to become Top 40’s Most Played Song of 2001, while 2002’s Stanley Climbfall solidified the band as a touring force. Their 2005 self-titled platinum effort yielded “You and Me,” a giant hit ballad (Wade, Cole) that set a record by spending more than 60 weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. 2007’s Who We Are, also produced by the Smoke & Mirrors team, included the hits “First Time,” “Whatever It Takes” and “Broken,” which combined sold over 3 million digital downloads. To date Lifehouse has sold over 5 million albums.
I was pretty bummed last night when I went to look on MTV Canada and I didn’t see the special on at all. But just now I found the whole show so I can finally catch up with all the behind the scenes action with Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone, and Elizabeth Reaser. Extra special thanks to MTV U for allowing other countries able to watch these videos too.
There is also performances by AFI and Paramore. Check it out.

Season 3 of Heroes is coming out on DVD and Blu-Ray on September 1st just in time for you to recap the show before the new season starts. The DVD comes with 20 hours of bonus content and a preview of Season 4 on the Blu-ray disc. I know I need this set to round out my collection of the other two seasons I have on DVD.
Below is one of the deleted scenes included with the set from Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) and Claire (Hayden Panettiere).
“If you knew what your future held, what would you do”?
This is what the new show Flash Forward is going to look at. What would you do if you got a glimpse into the future? I admit that I only wanted to watch this show because of Dominic Monaghan but then I started looking about what the show was really about and I was intrigued.
It’s based on the sci-fi novel by Robert J. Sawyer, this series follows the repercussions of a cataclysmic event that knocks out the entire population of the world for two minutes and 17 seconds at the same time, allowing everyone to see several months into their own futures. The series main focus is on a group of characters determined to figure out how and why this unprecedented event took place and how they might be able to change their unsettling futures.
So in the first episode they are setting the framework for all the chaos and turmoil and how they see the future. The Pilot episode premieres on September 24th on ABC.
