Finally, we get see more promo things for the movie Blue Valentine starring Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams. This will be the first time that Ryan has been on the big screen since 2007 when he was in Lars and the Real Girl. The movie is going to be shown at the Sundance Film Festival this week.
Blue Valentine is the movie of a couple in a troubled relationship, the pair take a trip to a theme hotel and attempt to relive their life together, from their first meeting to the problems that plague them today. In the clip below, Ryan’s character shows Michelle’s character he is willing to do anything to find out what’s wrong.
“So, when I was comforting you after your break up with your boyfriend…that was our boss who is married to our other boss?” says a nearly naked Dylan Hewitt – he is clearly in over his head during his first week at his new job.
Fresh out of law school, The Deep End, starring Billy Zane (Titanic), follows five new law associates as they learn that there’s more to law, love, and money than they ever could have imagined. Thrown into the deep end of the pool, these newbies will either sink or swim. Tonight at 8/7c, ABC premieres their new drama The Deep End, followed by an all new Grey’s Anatomy.
Here is the synopsis for the first episode, Pilot: Dylan (Matt Long) is given an impossible pro bono custody case, Beth (Leah Pipes) keeps mum when a 90-year-old man signs an agreement thinking that she’s his daughter, Liam (Ben Lawson) must get a client to sign with the firm under false pretenses, Addy (Tina Majorino) finally gets some attention from her boss when she speaks her mind, and Malcolm (Mehcad Brooks) gets off on the wrong foot when he’s hired outside of the firm’s traditional process.
While these five ambitious associates struggle to adjust their appetites and ideals to the fast-paced demands of their jobs, they’re faced with the warring partners at Sterling who hold the keys to their future, and a reluctant mentor, Rowdy (Norbert Leo Butz), who tries to guide them and the firm through the trenches. For Dylan, saving face with one partner in particular is much more difficult after he falls for the firm’s paralegal — unbeknownst to him, she’s already in bed with firm partner Cliff Huddle (Billy Zane), who is married to fellow partner Susan Oppenheim (Nicole Ari Parker) and fighting for the soul of the firm with its namesake, Hart Sterling (Clancy Brown).

Also look for Rachelle Lefevre who you can see in the trailer for the show at the very top!
I have been patiently waiting until January 21st for the return of Vampire Diaries. I have been going through Ian Somerhalder withdrawal too…even though I have the last couple of episodes I have to watch yet. This new promo picture of Ian is out now. It looks like a great pic of Damon but I know Ian takes better pictures than this. I think he needs Taylor to take pictures for him.
Two new Lost promos have come out. (I know this one is small, much bigger versions are below.) It takes on the ‘last supper’. I am beginning to like the whole, let’s find clues in the posters because I used to never look at them like that. Not until now.
-There are more than 12 people sitting at the table. (Were there 12 or 13 people at the table for the Last Supper? I can’t remember and I don’t feel like googling it.)
-John Locke is at the center of the picture again. In one they are all looking at him and in the other everyone is looking straight ahead.
-Jack Shephard looks way different than he did on the island. And his face is clean shaven. (Or is that just me? I could just be very unobservant. I get like that.)
-This can’t be everyone that is in the cast for the year. So why have Sun, Jin and Claire? They seem to have all been written out and now you see them again.
-The chairs they are sitting in are plane seats. (That I give myself bonus points for!)
I have to admit the one thing that really drew me into Chuck was how Chuck loved Sarah and no matter what he couldn’t have her. I know I would watch every week hoping that things would change and they could be together. And the Valentine’s Day episode last year when they gave each other Valentine’s Gifts. I loved it.
In the promo for season 3 that starts on January 10th with a 2 hour episode (then returns to it’s normal day and time on January 9th) it shows that Sarah asks Chuck to run away with her. How many people wish that would happen to them? Will Chuck pick the girl or being a hero?
