Mandy Moore covers the July/August 2009 issue of Women’s Health magazine that is hitting news stands this week. Mandy really hasn’t been in the news lately at all since she got married to singer, Ryan Adams. In this issue she talks about her husband and her tattoo. Here are the highlights:

On the misconceptions of Mandy: “I understand people have preconceived notions of who I am or what I do. But I do find it bizarre that people find it bizarre that I’ve grown up.”

On getting married: “I didn’t take the decision (to get married) lightly. I ventured into it realistically. But life takes you places you wouldn’t have expected. I’m really content with what was in the cards for me.”

On the unexpected tattoo on the arch of her foot: “It’s a baby sperm.”
