I’m not sure how much more all of us fan girls can handle with all these Vanity Fair outtakes. I really like this batch. Especially the first thumbnail at the bottom. There is something in Robert Pattinson’s eyes. I am one of those girls that have to see in someone’s eyes. You can tell everything you need to know by doing that.
I was watching one of the interviews that Rob did with Ryan Seacrest. (Yes, that interview.) But I thought it was neat how Rob said that he wanted to make sure that he took care of all the fans and that he didn’t miss anything even if it was just something small just to make the fans happy since they were waiting in line for so long. Now that is amazing. Rob has such an amazing heart.
Kellan Lutz looked so handsome at the premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon at the Mann Village and Bruin Theaters in Los Angeles, California last night. He was wearing a Giorgio Armani suit. I have to say that someone knew what they were doing when they were dressing him.
Kellan had appeared on the Ryan Seacrest show just Monday morning and he was talking about his role as Emmett and how they wanted him to play Edward.
“I was doing [HBO's] Generation Kill and was sent the script in Africa. I put it off, then finally read it and by the time I got back to L.A., they said, ‘OK, are you ready to audition for Edward?’ I said, ‘I don’t want to play Edward. He’s too complex, too depressing for me.’ I’m so happy with Emmett. I don’t care to be famous.”
I think he is great as Emmett. Have you seen the birthday scene? He cracks me up!
Ryan Seacrest, came from normal beginnings, just like the rest of us. He was born in Dunwoody, Georgia, and he may have actually invented the meaning of school spirit. Hosting the morning announcements at Dunwoody High School, staff writer with the school paper, a member of the model UN club and captain of the Swim Team “The Wet Wildcats”
By the time his childhood dream of being a DJ was brought to fruition, he was no longer “wet behind the ears” (Insert groan for horrible pun here).
After he graduated high school, Ryan went on to attend the University of Georgia in the fall of 1993,and began hosting his first radio show at a local Athens station. He left UGA at the ripe old age of 19, and moved to Hollywood to continue his broadcasting career.
It wouldn’t take him too long to realize his dreams, though, no worries. Put those tissues away! Fast forward, to 2002! (No we still had no flying cars, BUT it would, however, be the beginning of ALL Seacrest, all the time) Ryan accepted the position as co-host of the hit reality TV series American Idol with comedian Brian Dunkleman.
We don’t know where Brian went, poor guy. I do remember thinking, especially during Ryan’s diatribes that seem to go on over the span of SEVERAL eternities (HINT HINT RYAN, CEASE TALKING INCESSANTLY EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. ‘TIS NOT CALLED RYAN SEACREST TALKS AND MAKES BAD JOKES IDOL), that Brian didn’t talk as much, and where is he now?
Where was I? Oh, yes, yes, the point at hand. Apparently someone, somewhere loves Ryan, at the Fox Network. He just signed a contract tying him to them for another three years, for a whopping $15 MILLION PER YEAR.
No need to rub your eyes, you read it right. $45 million dollars over the span of three years.
I talk. I talk incessantly. Admittedly my jokes are normally much wittier than his (though it may be the fault of his writers, we’ll pretend that’s the case). My question is, where is my $45 Million dollar contract,eh? Heck, I’d settle for a $45 dollar contract at this point. *Laughing*
And in the words I’d imagine Ryan would say “This is Ryan Seacrest, taking over the world one radio and television venue at a time. Seacrest OUT.”
I have but this to say. Good for you, Ryan. Good for you.
I will not tell a lie. I sat in front of my television, glued, phone in hand with my best friend, Kasey, on the other end of my receiver, awaiting the verdict in tears. Screeching obscenities at Ryan Seacrest and anyone else, that was prolonging, causing us this painful wait to see who was going home. Now,I know that if Adam Lambert goes home, if he doesn’t win American Idol, that he WILL have a prominent music career, anyone can see that. That doesn’t stop the bats,no make that pterodactyls I have in my stomach every week, awaiting to see if he is safe. There were moments of that show, that I just gripped the phone tightly, and couldn’t say a word.
When they showed the footage of him going back home, I got misty eyed there as well. The way he interacts with his fans, it is as if he can’t believe that he is where he is. Adam is a star, I’m willing to bet anyone that has ever known him, could have told him that. I’m telling him, and the world, that now. Have been for quite some time. His talent and his voice are unparalleled. Bar NONE.
And even though, I KNOW all of that, even though I KNOW he will never just fade away, when they announced he was safe..the scream that came from my mouth was possibly louder than any note he has EVER hit. No joke. Immediately, while still on the phone with Kasey, I started firing off texts, Taylor Blue got one, Lauren got several. She was probably begging me to stop as a matter of fact, and a few other friends received one as well, because I was celebrating. Happy dancing all around my house. Elated. NOT SURPRISED, just THRILLED.
Let me just say, before posting the first video from Tuesday night, the Judge’s choice (Of course Simon chose Adam’s), that I have never been a big U2 fan. I know. I know. Bono is an amazing activist, but the music isn’t my taste, sorry. Though if Adam sang me their songs, I could possibly be swayed. *Laugh* This is “ONE” by U2
Tell me, wasn’t that absolutely captivating? *Sigh, drool, grin* And yes, I can multi task and do all three things at once.
The next song he performed, because apparently he googles himself and found that the fans would LOVE to hear him sing Aerosmith because of his vocal range (one can only hope he’s seen MY posts on him), is “Cryin’ “ and the way that song made me feel when he sang it should come with censors and a mature rating. WOW.
I just read a quote by, Adam Lambert that I absolutely ADORE, although, come to think of it, I adore almost anything he says. But I digress. He said: “I’m like your boy next door that decided he wanted to be a rebel one day…so I’m a NICE rebel.”
I’m not sure that there is a word, befitting, to describe Adam Lambert, but I can tell you one thing, he is beautiful, inside and out. Whatever you do Adam, wherever you go, you will OWN it, no doubt about it.
Last, but certainly not least, Adam since I hear you are into astrology, if you ever need advice, or need to be (as we call it) oracalized, you should get in touch with me. I know someone who is an amazing Tarot reader, is deeply spiritual and into astrology.
I know she’d consider it an honor to do a reading for you.
Unless you live under a rock you have to know that the Twilight DVD comes out tonight at midnight. There are so many release parties going on tonight and no, I’m not going to one. But I do plan on getting my 3-Disc version of Twilight first thing tomorrow morning.
To help promote the release, Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen in the movie, called into the Ryan Seacrest show. They talked about many things and among them was Robert Pattinson. Robert gets all the girls, even though I think Kellan is way hotter. Kellan explains to Ryan how Robert does it.
“Rob is the lead, but you’re the better-looking Cullen,” Ryan bravely admitted to Kellan, at the risk of infuriating millions of Robert Pattinson loyalists.
“Ooh, I need to hang out with people like you more often!” exclaimed Kellan, who then (wisely!) proceeded to share some kind words about his celluloid sibling…
“His accent and his crazy hairdo get the girls swooning,” Kellan told Ryan, before pointing out the one quality Pattz possesses that never, ever seems to fail him.
“Rob’s kind of shy, and he does this thing, when he’s really shy, or when someone asks him something, he lowers his head down and the girls love it!”
And as if that wasn’t enough: “He’s such a humble guy,” said Kellan, “and I’m very impressed with him.”
I think that Kellan is right, Robert has stayed so humble throughout this whole thing. Let’s hope he can stay that way and not get a big ego like many stars have.

We all know Robert Pattinson is pretty slick…but watching this clip from Robert in the Green Room before he was on the Ryan Seacrest shows he may not be that co ordinated. May be I’ll have to give him some lessons?
