There is no one that is more happier than I that Chuck was renewed for a third season. And even if it’s only 13 episodes that’s better than zero. Zachary Levi wrote a message to the fans thanking us for all of our support.
“To sit back and observe the way in which Chuck was renewed was simply remarkable. I am so blessed to be a part of producing something that, when it appears to be at risk of disappearing, those loyal to it join in solidarity and literally speak, march, work, buy, share and will it back into existence. To know that such a huge part of our saving grace was comprised of the media and circle of critics, allows me to appreciate it even further. I’m proud of our crew, and I’m proud of what we’re a part of bringing to all of you. But most importantly, I’m proud of you, those that fought. Because not only did you resist the apathy that befalls anyone faced by such adversity, you did so by believing your words and actions mean something. That you mean something. Two of my favorite things: Zachary Levi and Cinco de Mayo got together and made this video. Really, all I wanted to do was look at Zachary for awhile. Zachary said his plans were eating Mexican food and drinking Corona’s. I know I would like to drink a Corona with him, since I’m a Corona virgin.
Today was when the Save Chuck campaign went into full effect. Everyone was to buy a foot-long sub from Subway to support Chuck. It is in danger of being canceled and we need to have a third season.
This video was taken at a convention in England where Zachary Levi led 200 people to Subway. He then went behind the counter and help make everyones sandwich, hundreds of them and did not leave until the last one was served. I would have loved to see Zach make my sandwich, and then I would have taken him home with me.
First, I have to say that we need to save Chuck. I am such a fan of the show that I think I might die if it’s canceled. I have already bought my first season DVD (I had it the day it was released) and Monday I am going to Subway! We need to SAVE CHUCK go here for more details.
