There is only eight more episodes left of Lost. I’m kinda bummed because this will be one of the first years that I actually watch the episode live instead of weeks later. I can read the theories the next day and not worry about the spoilers. I’ll miss the show when it’s over. The eighth episode was called, Recon, and remember that there may or may not be spoilers ahead. If you can find spoilers in my rambling then you should get a prize! And if you haven’t seen the episode yet then you can here at the ABC site.
I wrote about ten pages of notes last night. So I guess Wacko World is a great place to start. Now, I have always been intrigued with Sawyer from the beginning especially when we found out that he used the name of the one that killed his parents. I think that’s right. It’s funny how if you’ve seen every episode you start doubting yourself. So we find out he’s an undercover agent and after the guy that he called Sawyer. Who is his boss type figure? Miles of course. Their has to be a way to figure out how these people are connected because of how they fit together. And then Sawyer gets asked to go on a date with Miles’ friend, which is Charlotte of course. While Sawyer is explaining to Miles what happened and why he was in Australia they get hit by a car. And for once in my life I guessed who was running away from them. Kate! So Kate and Sawyer see each other again.
The island now. I have so many things to touch on. I have to say that when Claire jumped on Kate and almost killed her that was pretty good television. I know that there are some more dramatic moments for sure in this season. Finally, Sawyer goes to Hydra Island. He sees Kate’s dress in the polar bear cages and goes a bit nuts. I wonder if Kate and Sawyer will finally get their happy ending. Then he sees the Aijra 316 (I forgot about this plane crash and was wondering then if this was a reoccurring thing.) Someone says that they are the only passenger left from the airplane but really she was bringing Sawyer to see Widmore on the submarine. He makes a deal with Widmore that he will tell Lockey Locke that it was clear and bring him right to Widmore like he wants all he wants is a safe passage off the island. When he gets back to the island he gives up right away to Lockey Locke and says what he had planned to do. But really all he is thinking about is taking the sub with Kate to get off the island.
Next week, the episode is on Richard. I expect a couple of questions answered.

My cable box has been bad since September and every time I would go to record a show the cable box decided it was dead. They replaced it with a new one but by that time it was too late. I was already too far behind to catch up again. So one day I will have to watch the whole season back to back.
But now to the good news, Fringe has been renewed for another season. That would be season 3. I am so happy about that! I know that there has been some really neat story developments. I read about them of course but just in case you aren’t caught up like me I won’t say. Maybe it will make up for the loss of Lost next season. Something I will need!
The show comes back from hiatus on April 1st with new episodes.

I can’t believe there is only nine more episodes of Lost left. It makes me wonder if they will be able to answer all the questions I want answered. I have a lot of questions. Okay, I have them all in my head and someday I will have to write them all down. So before I start with last night’s episode, Dr. Linus, remember there may or may not be spoilers ahead because frankly all I do is ramble and I really have no clue what is going on because I am lost. And like always, if you haven’t seen the episode yet you can at the ABC site here.
Last night I tried something new during watching Lost. I wrote notes, yes with a pen and paper. I am surprised I had such things in my house but I did. I divided the paper into two columns. Wacko World and the Island. Now this episode was one of the best I have ever seen and I know there is always too much to even try to recount but now that I have notes maybe I can try to explain what I got out of it.
First, I’ll touch upon Wacko World. I have been thinking a lot of this side. I mean everyone is connected here somehow, like Ben Linus’ daughter, Alex, wanting help to be tutored by him. You almost thought that he would say, “You are my daughter and I killed you.” But of course, none of that stuff happened. I also think that Wacko World is trying to tell us something. That we have the power to let go. Both Locke and Sayid have come to terms to who they are and now Linus to. Does that really give the idea that you can’t change your life ultimately and that you should just go with the flow? When the whole premise of the show seems to be about second chances does this go against that? I still think Wacko World is wacko and needs some spicing up. The good action that I liked happened on the island.
Second, the island. There was so much going on like Ben trying to save himself. I had heard rumors that he died during this episode so I kept waiting for it. But it never did end up happening. I guess the intensity wouldn’t have been there as bad if we knew he survived.
Some funny things said. The pilot, Frank, had been talking to Ben about how he was supposed to fly the Oceanic Flight 815 that day and how he slept in and missed the flight. He said, “Imagine how much my life would have changed.” But then Ben, after I had said it, said that he was still on the island now so it still worked out that the island claimed him.
There was one scene that made my heart almost stop. I admit that I haven’t had many of those moments but this one was one. When Richard wanted to die and Jack was going to kill him. They lit the dynamite and sat there waiting. Richard waiting to die, Jack waiting to prove that all this crazy stuff was for real. What a better way to test it than trying to kill yourself. And as the seconds ticked by you wonder what’s going to happen and they make you wait until the last moment when the fuse goes out. My heart was beating fast for about a half an hour afterwards.
And then the ending. You see a submarine going by looking at the group huddled on the island. You have to wonder who it is. Someone of course that is somehow still alive. And then it pans down. And there you see him, Charles Whidmore. I guess he hasn’t given up. You know the island is just right there…you wonder if he will finally get what he wants.

We all know that Vampire Diaries is coming back soon. Okay, I think it’s a couple of weeks yet. I’m not going to say for sure because then I can be depressed at how long it’s been gone. With these spoilers and stills it really makes me miss the show.
The fifteenth episode is called, A Few Good Men, and goes like this: Matt and Caroline are surprised by the sudden reappearance of Matt’s mother Kelly (guest star Melinda Clarke). Stefan and Elena are worried about Damon’s new attitude. Damon is asked by Sheriff Forbes to take part in a fund-raising bachelor auction. Alaric discovers shocking secrets from his own past. With help from Jenna and Stefan, Elena is determined to find out everything she can about her birth mother, but the truth may be more than she can handle.
From what I’ve read this episode is VERY HOT. These shows aren’t really for the teens anymore…they are more for the adults.

Not only does Gossip Girl come back tonight after three long months but we also get to see Chace Crawford on the set in New York. It’s been a while since I’ve got a chance to even post any pictures from the set of the show.
Chace was just on Live with Regis & Kelly this morning where he talked about Elton John and stalking Kate Beckinsale at the Oscar viewing party last night. I’m sure if I was Kate that I wouldn’t mind if Chace stalked me.
