Taylor Lautner Struts His Stuff

Taylor Lautner was spotted shopping on Rodeo Drive yesterday in Los Angeles. He is probably enjoying some time off before he has to start making his rounds promoting New Moon.

Taylor recently revealed that he won’t be taking his shirt off for another role anytime soon. (You heard that noise right? The sound of ladies hearts breaking all over the world.)

“I worked hard to get in shape for this role. My motivation was the movie and the fans, but I don’t want to become known as just a body. If I had to choose, I would never take my shirt off again in a movie, but I guess that’s not very realistic. I certainly won’t be asking to do it, though.”

And even though we like to look at the shirtless pictures of him, Taylor says it makes him feel uncomfortable.

“It’s so uncomfortable knowing that so many people are seeing pictures of me shirtless. It’s weird. It’s kind of embarrassing.”

I always thought Taylor was one of the cooler ones about it along with Kellan Lutz. I am sure it will only get worse when everyone goes to see the movie and faints in the theater because he’s shirtless. I can see it now.

Alex Meraz Deserves Love Too

I am realizing before New Moon comes out that the werewolves might be just as hot as the vampires. (Okay only Alex Meraz and Taylor Lautner are the cute ones.) Finally Alex is getting the love he deserves. He did an interview with Vanity Fair where they discussed all things Twilight. Here are the highlights of the interview.

On if he had seen Twilight: No, I hadn’t, but after I got the role, I bought a bootlegged version and watched it while I was on set.

On his favorite scene to shoot: The cliff diving scene was the most fun because the whole Wolf Pack was there and we were jumping off these 50-foot scaffolding things onto an air mattress. It was pretty exciting to be able to do our own stunts.

On if he had a stunt double: No! They were pushing for it, we were pushing against; we wanted to do our own stuff. We had to train for a good two days, eight hours each day just practicing jumping, making sure we were landing safely. On the day [of shooting], we were actually jumping from a green screen cliff but it was actually taller and a little bit more dangerous because there was foliage and grass on top of it—it was a little slippery. We were fine, and it was really fun.

On what they did on their downtime: We showed each other exercises. Taylor would show some of his workout, I would show some of mine. We’d practice martial arts tricks … just goof off! We had a great time. That’s part of what our characters were like anyway. We’re supposed to be frisky, friendly—like brothers. I think everyone on set was affected by it because they were always looking forward to the days when the Wolf Pack would film … everyone was really excited. They knew we were going to bring a different kind of energy.

On his thousands of Twitter followers: I know! It’s only been like a week and a half since I got my Twitter [account]! It’s pretty cool. For the first week, no one believed it was me, so I had to put a picture of me holding my name. It looked like a mug shot! It was pretty ridiculous, but it’s really cool knowing you have really enthusiastic fans that want to hear about what you do on a day-to-day basis.

Taylor Lautner GQ Outtakes

Taylor Lautner proves that he can make anyone swoon over him in these outtakes from GQ. I love how Taylor has stayed grounded through this whole thing. He said recently that he’s the same guy he was before this all happened…

“It’s a job. I definitely can’t feel it, I feel like the same person. I don’t walk outside my house and have 65,000 screaming fans waiting but it’s really insane because it is almost like living two lives.”

I know how he feels. I feel like I have two different lives too. I’ve told many friends about that too. I’m sure after New Moon he will be more than the bomb again.

Just because I’m a sucker for punishment I thought I would add more pictures to the set that I published a couple of days ago. I thought these ones were better ones to show just how wet his t-shirt actually is. And did you know it was on a beach in Malibu? I was thinking it was in Vancouver, so I’m glad I found these pictures so they could set me straight. (Winks)

Taylor Lautner’s Hot Beach Photo Shoot

Taylor Lautner knows how to work the camera in these shots from his photo shoot with Rolling Stone. He is for sure and upcoming sex symbol. When is February going to get here?

Taylor recently said that a fan asked him to growl for her. Taylor almost obliged but said instead…

“I did [growl once], but it was extremely embarrassing so I never did it again! It came out so badly so I was like, ‘You know what, I’m sorry but you are just going to have to wait for the film.’”

I am sure there is no way that his growling would be bad!
