I know that like many people we have been waiting to see what Alex O’Loughlin would look like or be like in Whiteout. I found this clip this morning that shows him in a scene from the movie. It involves billion year old ice and whiskey. All three of them make a great combination.

Alex O’Loughlin Hits The Whiteout Premiere

Alex O’Loughlin hit the premiere of his new movie, Whiteout, last night at The Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, California last night. You can see the movie in theaters tomorrow. There was also this cute interview brought to my attention by @TalkinToU that they did over at Collider. I just have to say that it must be really hard to interview two people. And I think that Steve ‘Frosty’ Weintraub did a great job.

The cutest moment has to be when Alex’s co-star, Gabriel Macht, starts talking about his favorite food. When he mentions Vegemite Alex’s ears perk up right away. And then a conversation of crumpets ensues. I am sure that we have them here. I know I have seen them here. And the Vegemite, we have it here too and I know my Australian uncle loves it but I haven’t got the courage up yet to do it. I’ll just buy it for Alex to eat thank you.

Alex O’Loughlin Talks About Getting Really Cold

Whiteout comes out on Friday and this week all the movie interviews are coming out. I saw this one and couldn’t stop laughing when they started talking about the cold. I live in a very cold place, it gets to be -50C with the windchill in the winter, you have never felt cold like that before in your life until you feel that.

Alex O’Loughlin said that he had to run outside naked in the cold and he couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t done in a sound stage. There is something that makes me giggle about that. And he would open his jacket to just feel how cold it really was. I’m glad his lungs didn’t freeze out there. It makes me think that when we are seeing the actors shiver during their acting that they really aren’t acting that part.

Whiteout starring Kate Beckinsale and Alex O’Loughlin (probably two of the most beautiful people in the world) is coming out on September 11th. I can’t believe how fast September is coming. And Whiteout is alot like CSI but in Alaska…when it’s really dark. I was finally glad to see that they finally released a TV promo and stills that have Alex in them.

Whiteout Starring Kate Beckinsale & Alex O’Loughlin Trailer Finally Out

I have been waiting to finally see when Whiteout would be coming out. I know it stars Kate Beckinsale and Alex O’Loughlin in it so you can’t go wrong. And since it’s been very hot today looking at all that snow whipping around is a refreshing thing. It reminds me a bit of 30 Days Of Night, which I loved by the way, with a bit more of a CSI feel.

I looked for Alex in the trailer but I couldn’t find him. But it’s at the end of my day so maybe I am blind. Let me know if you see him in here. (Also everyone is wearing parkas it’s kind of hard to see that way too.)
