Kara DioGuardi is the April 2010 cover girl for Women’s Health. You have to admit that she looks great! In the magazine she talks about hater, being star struck and Simon Cowell. Here are the highlights:
On replacing Simon Cowell: “Finding someone who has a lot of knowledge about music and who is also an interesting character is going to be a daunting task. I like Tommy Mottola, because he has launched the careers of a lot of superstars…But whoever gets the call has got to be a character.”
She still gets star struck: “Could I sit next to bigger people? My God – Ryan [Seacrest], Ellen, Simon, and Randy! Sometimes I look in the hallway and think, There’s a billion dollars in this building!”
On the haters: “People are so mean…They’ll go, ‘Kara’s Stupid. She repeats whatever Randy says. Paula’s way better,’ or ‘She’s ugly.’ I’m like, Really? I may not be some beauty but ugly?”
Her bikini stunt on last season of ‘Idol’: “…probably saved my job…I kept saying no. I mean, what crazy nut is gonna go out there in a bikini at almost 40 years of age against a girl who is 20 and probably cosmetically enhanced? I looked a little pasty. But hey, at least I didn’t wet myself! It was a defining moment. Like, ‘She’s serious and industry, but also as kooky as everyone else on this panel.’”
On how far she’s come:“Sometimes I feel like I’m watching myself in a movie. It’s like, How is it possible I’m sitting next to Ellen[Degeneres]?”

Pink is the January/February 2010 cover girl for Women’s Health. I know that I envy her body and wish that I could look like that! Now Pink is revealing some of the secrets to the magazine on how she manages to stay looking so great.
How she stays fit on the road…“Ever hear of P90X? My brother and his wife are both in the Air Force; they do marathons and triathlons. I went [to visit them and she’s doing P90X]. I couldn’t keep up with her—and she’d just had her first baby four weeks ago. I was like, This is bullshit! I will perfect this thing! So usually, I wake up and do an hour of cardio, then an hour of P90X or yoga, then a half-hour of warm-up [during show rehearsal]. I do that six days a week.”
Her day off…“I try to make it a show day so I’m still getting cardio. I have to be able to run up those stairs as many times as I do and be able to sing at the same time. I’m an asthmatic. I have to be on that treadmill singing to get my lungs right.”
Why she likes working out…“I like results. I like feeling strong. It keeps my mental floor higher.”
Does she have a trainer? “No. I don’t work well with trainers. [Air quotes] “Does not work well with others.”
She knows she’s a 10, right? “No, no, no! I feel like a seven and a half! I’m not going to lie and tell you when I look in the mirror there’s nothing I don’t want to fix. If they figure out how to stretch me and make me a little bit taller, then maybe I’ll get upwards of eight.”
Everyone is so envious of her body even Kendra Wilkinson tweeted about it, “i think im going to hang up a bunch of pictures of Pink around the house to motivate me to get back in shape..she has my fave body..lol”I don’t blame her at all.

Pink looks great on the January/February 2010 cover of Women’s Health. I have always thought that Pink was very pretty and I think she looks super adorable with Carey Hart. In this issue she talks about her album Funhouse, the softer side and Britney Spears. Here are the highlights:
PINK – her version of Sasha Fierce [Beyoncé's alter ego]: “[Laughs] No! Pink is just me. Chi-Chi Marie is my Sasha Fierce. My girlfriends in New York named me that. All of their middle names are Marie. Mine’s Beth, but to them I’m Chi-Chi Marie.”
When you were making the album Funhouse, weren’t you pissed at Carey? “No, I wasn’t [Big sigh] Long-term relationships are a layered onion. There’s something about him I love, and I want him to be OK, even if he’s not with me.”
The secret behind Pink’s recent softer look…“Last year, when I was going through my separation [from competitive motocross racer Carey Hart], I was in Malibu running every day just to keep from burying myself in the sand—to get out, feel the ocean. You’ve got to make yourself feel good at times like that. Even if it’s a pain in the ass and you hate working out, the endorphins and the stress you bring down [help]. You feel strong, healthy. You feel good about yourself, your jeans fit.”
Britney—isn’t she one of the girls you sing about in “Stupid Girls?” “I’ve always liked Britney. I swear to God, I’ve stuck up for Britney since the beginning. She and I have talked about it. My point was, ‘Stop comparing he to her, because we’re different animals.’”

Ashlee Simpson is on the cover of the December 2009 issue of Women’s Health. She’s showing of her post baby body and opens up about her family and work. This is also the same issue Peter Facinelli is in too.
And since music is a big part of my life and Ashlee’s I thought I would list some of the songs she lists as the soundtrack of her life.
Best Track to Dance With Bronx to: “Is This Love” by Bob Marley
Best Car Tune: “The Times They Are A-Changing” by Bob Dylan
Best Song to Walk Down The Aisle To: “Blackbird” by The Beatles
Music for a Rainy Day: “Stormy Weather” by Etta James
Favorite Fall Out Boy Track: “I’m Like a Lawyer With the Way I’m Always Trying To Get You Off (Me & You)”

James Marsden is starring in the new movie, The Box, where he will have decide whether to push the button and get a million dollars and kill someone he doesn’t know or not. The movie hits theaters on Friday., James is opening up in the November 2009 issue of Women’s Health magazine about love, marriage and women. Here are the highlights:
What men find sexy that would surprise most women: “Two things. First are body parts women are usually not happy with, such as a soft waistline and hips. I like both very much. Women hate when guys touch and pinch them there, but men don’t have curves and the more women embrace them, the sexier it is! Second: when a sweaty woman is leaving the gym, because it’s similar to the way she might look right after sex. Anything that suggests you in that act [is hot].â€Â
His biggest misconception about marriage: “That nothing would change. I was with my wife for five years before we got married. At some point, she was ready to take the next step, and I would say, ‘I’m committed to you now; nothing’s going to change.’ But [once you marry] there is a huge difference. It’s a different mindset. If you already have a great relationship, it’ll only sweeten the deal.â€Â
The secret power he wishes he possessed: “It would be cool to be invisible, but I’m afraid of what people would say about me if they didn’t know I was there. Some things are better left unknown.â€Â
